Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I haven't had any issues in my last few years ordering and working with RevZilla. Proces are usually great. Customer service has always been respectful and supportive. Even the shipping has always be accurate.

Called to inquire about heated gear,Chris was very knowledgeable, however he was incorrect about Gerbing inside jacket fuses,no such animal.I sent My Jacket to Shelton Wa. To get the sleeve connectors replaced no charge by Gerbing, they said they had issues with them not working? All is well now! Thanks guys! :)

You guys should just remove affirm from your business they charged my card and my order didn't process now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get that money back when you guys only have one part left in stock thanks a lot idk if il ever purchase anything from revzilla again!
Whenever I have ordered from RevZilla, I have gotten great customer service and fast, free shipping. Their sales line can be somewhat slow to answer in the summer months, but I've found that the sales reps have always known the products well and have helped me on more than one occasion to decide which product to buy.
I never use anyone else unless RevZilla doesn't carry specific parts or accessories i want.
This is the first helmet I bought that I've heard a lot of good things about. I'm going to a motorcycle course sometime in August and I'm beyond excited to start. The shipping was quick and the helmet came in excellent condition. Will definitely be buying from here in the near future!
