Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Well, I was looking into the membership and it sounded good so I went on and bought it, to find out that it was really 2 day shipping. I had a set date to go out of town and had to jump a lot of hoops to cancel my order and buy these items from another company that offered the true 2 day's shipping. Be a little more clear on benefits. That's all
The young men at the Newport Beach location are not who I will be shopping with again. Wont even pick up my visor for my new helmet and was going to return it but don't want to go back. Wont even shop RZ online again!

These are comfy shoe-boots that are easy to walk in and to get on/off with the boa...perfect for road travel. I have not wreaked in them, but I trust Klim has done their homework to protect my ankle during a slide.

The bag fit perfectly. The straps/buckles were perfect. The size was ideal for tools, rain suit, fix-a-flat can, water bottle, hat and sunglasses. If I unzip and expand, I can even stuff a sweat shirt in.
I had an issue where the product got damaged in shipping and never delivered. I made one phone call and they were able to expedite the product to me within days. Super easy interaction. Zero complaints.
I ordered my rigid led pods. With 2 day shipping. After 4 days the product never shipped. I complained got my 2 day shipping refunded. My payment has been processed and 10 days later I still don't have a product or a shipping notification.

I bought the shirt to keep covered during the cooler summer mornings and into fall while riding. The fit is as expected per the size guideline. I would recommend measuring before ordering and going up/down based upon how you want to wear the shirt. I wanted a tighter fit because I didn't want to wear a sweatshirt underneath. Overall comfortable during riding short and long distance rides and easy to move in.

Rear tire was 4 years old and dirty with no sticker or packaging. I had to photograph it and wait for approval to return as well as be subjected to explanation that old tires can be ok. I paid full price for a new, fresh tire, not a warehouse leftover. Front tire was great and made a few months ago.
After a bit of a delay and interrogation I was able to return my unsatisfactory tire. The replacement still hasn’t shipped 5 days after ordering. There’s lots of places on the internet to buy tires.

I ordered an open box item at a very fair price. The parts where sent timely, however, the main part of the kit was not included in the shipment. I called and Jo Jo immediately instructed me on what to do in order to get my complete order. Within 2 days my order was corrected and readied for shipment. It took 2 days because I could not get to ups for one of those days.
I now have a complete order on the way. THANK YOU!
The new rear turn signal lights came as advertised. They gave the bike at least 25 more hp and even more if you use the turn signals.

Overall, I think the helmet is a perfect choice. A lot of features and adjustability at an affordable price. Fits my roundish head comfortably. Delivery was on time as indicated by UPS tracking. The packaging was a little roughshod, not a lot packing material luckily the helmet came without any damage.

Returning customer
Must have motor covers get the full quality/shipping great. Had a low side bike slide about 100 feet and that cover saved the motor very minimal damage to bike just replace of sliders and cover. Posting a pic of cover that saves motor.
Wanted a windshield for my new bike but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg... The site let me quickly narrow down results to my specific model and the price was only 1/4 of the price elsewhere... Once shipped it arrived quickly and in great condition.

This is such a nice looking helmet. I purchased the gold iridium visor and DAMN it's beautiful. I'm an intermediate oval, Large and the helmet fits perfect. The pictures and videos online don't do it justice. The burgundy soft materials inside are butter (micro-suede lining with leather trim). I ride a 2023 Triumph T120 Bonnie. I absolutely love the look and feel of this helmet!
I payed for the next day shipping but i feared that it wasn’t going to arrive that soon. I called customer service for a refund on the 34$ charge and as a courtesy they gave me the refund.
