Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I have been a RevZilla customer for years. They offer quality merchandise, at attractive prices. I also have a Cycle Gear close to me and enjoy their personal customer service. (Manchester, CT) What else is there to say... great products, at great prices, and outstanding service. "The Trifecta"! I also enjoy the videos comparing multiple brands "head to head". Very informative, and in IMHO extremely accurate.
Positive past experience.
When you search for parts to your bike it still gives you parts that don't fit your bike. It is sad that we can land a radio control research lab on another planet but can't get the correct brake pads on a website.
Everything as ordered. Unfortunately the helmet I ordered was too big it was a easy return and they gave me my money back no problem. In the meantime I ordered the same helmet but a different size and it fits perfectly and it's an awesome helmet scorpion exo topographic. I'll continue to use RevZilla. Also I didn't even know about RevZilla cash rebates which was just another reason to buy from them!
Needed to replace a helmet that was the wrong size they would have gave me a label for $10 to ship back via UPS but I live far from a UPS store so went to the post office to mail the helmet back but once I received the helmet to refunded my money no problem and people were polite very happy with the RevZilla
The jacket is 1 size too small and clearly made for SLIM guys who are non-athletic. Also, the zipper is on the wrong side to be a guys jacket. But they, allowed me to size up. I should have gone up 2 sizes for my arms and shoulders.
It was easy to place my order and follow along with tracking to see when my order was going to arrive.
Ordered 4 valve springs. Shipped me one and never mentioned the others. So I had to call to find out the rest were on back order.
Customer service was nice and informative and said they would note my dissatisfaction with communication on back orders.

Looking for oem parts
I've ordered from RevZilla a lot, and they have never let me down. They get my order to me on time or occasionally ahead of time, and their website is one of the easier ones to use. This time was no different.
I've used them before, I'm familiar with their website, and they have one of the better websites for ordering online.
The manufacturer did not take pride in making this product for I had to tap 2 holes in the mounting plate of this product and the filter would not fit tight even with the clamp in which I had to modify also. Just hope the product works as it was written on the details.
only knew what they can control not the quality of the manufacturer...

As said above experience was good. The only complaint I have was I had no idea when my package was going to arrive, and I couldn't track it. It came pretty fast, like within 5 or 6 days and I ordered on a Friday so that might have made it delayed a bit. Very prompt service. I have place another order since then. I expect similar service.

Since I purchased the air bag vest from Revzilla and the clip on the tether broke I simply needed to order the replacement part. It came 10 days leter.

This was just a replacement for a part that broke.
I had a problem with a previous tire that I felt was a warranty situation. After a few emails Christopher L. Helped me resolve the issue and Revzilla issued me a store credit to purchase a new tire. Chris went above and beyond to help make this happen. Thanks again!
Ease of shopping and great customer service
After browsing the site for a few days I was finally able to narrow my search down to two items I wanted to buy. Reading the reviews and using the sizing chart available, I was able to order the correct helmet size for my head. Same as with the gloves. There size charts are spot on and everything fit perfect. As a new rider I was impressed with the website!
I chose RevZilla after careful consideration. RevZilla had the best reviews and customer service reviews over the other online gear providers I could find. RevZilla will continue to have my business!
Why didn't code B5QP3 work? Over $500 order
Paid for overnight delivery and didn't get it in time. The 10% discount didn't apply to my items. Just another online shopping experience with poor communication and no one looking out for whether you get what you pay for.
