Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Once again RevZilla saves the day!

I'm 5' 10" 220lbs and the Merlin Shenstone XL fits me perfectly. I don't think I've had a jacket fit as well as this in all my years of riding. I'm most pleased about RevZilla shipping the jacket via fedex. It's usually frustrating to not be able to use a PO BOX for my shipping address only to have them send it via USPS anyway- I end up needing to chase the package down or suffer it being lost. USPS doesn't ship to my physical address and UPS nor Fedex ship to a PO box. I was thrilled to see that the package was shipped with a carrier that'll actually deliver to my physical address. Thank you! Lastly, the Merlin Shenstone is working out great for me. It doesn't let as much air through as other mesh jackets I've had, but it's a good balance since it also comes with a breathable waterproof removable layer. The fact that it comes with all armor, elbows, shoulders, and back armor is a significant plus. Very happy with this!
Normally I don't because I can't be sure about what shipping method they'll use, which has resulted in me needing to take time off of work to chase a package down before it's labeled as lost. I choose RevZilla because they had what I wanted in stock. To my surprise they used a shipping carrier that actually delivers to my physical address, which really made this particular purchase experience a great one.
Everything went great with my order! It was delivered in a timely fashion, there were no issues, and I am happy with the product. Gotta dock a star though because now my email is spammed with marketing emails from them. Multiple emails a day…very unclassy. A monthly sale flyer with promotional coupons or something would be great…multiple daily emails totally not cool.
Everything that made this company great is now out the window - they rely on the reputation that made them great in the past and fail to deliver on that now. Poor customer service and corporate jargon when they should make it right for the customer. I won't be buying from them again.

Only issue I had was with the shipping company, as the box arrived pretty well damaged. Even the boxes that were inside holding the product (bulbs for tail light) were damaged. Fortunately, the bulbs themselves were not damaged.

I know I can return these pants if they don't fit, and my size seems hard to find anywhere else.
Shipping is too expensive for this item, it should probably only be about 5 bucks for shipping an item this light in weight.
Only because it came up when i searched for a specific part for motorcycle.
After going back and forth on these. I finally bought them. I carefully read the reviews and decided to go down a size and I am so glad I did. I wear a 6.5 in regular shoes, so I bought the 5.5 US size and they fit perfectly. They are so easy to ride in and I feel very safe in them.
I chose RevZilla because my friend recommended going through this website to buy all my gear since they have the best customer service and they ship very fast.
If you have a CycleGear nearby, you should use them instead, as they're owned by the same company, have the same inventory, and can return items in store if they don't fit. If you don't have one nearby, then either one works, and the RevZilla storefront has great content and reviews to help choose products, as well as being generally informative

Ordered a motorcycle tire together with a cup holder. But havent received a cup holder. I assume it got lost in the way, because a tire does not come packaged, so the smaller item may have been missed.
My helmet arrive on time. There were no issues. It was just too small and the chin part was too sharp. I didn't like it on. I return and it was easy. Excellent communication. I received an email to confirm my delivery and also an email to notify me of my refund. I will continue to shop with you guys in the future.

The product description failed to state that the required battery acid was not included with the battery. I would not have ordered the battery if I had known that fact. They got one over on me, but I will not do business with them in the future.
Looked like good merchandise at a reasonable price but when the added cost of the omitted battery acid was added to the price of the battery and the inconvenience of procuring the missing acid made the purchase undesirable.

I purchased a Cardo Pack Talk Black which appears to be an awesome find but I'm here to review the outstanding customer service that I received as well as the fast and free shipping. I called to ask an agent a question before I made the purchase and an agent promptly answered the phone and quickly answered my question. Also, before the call was ended she also informed me of where I could get help on the installation. I can't fail to mention the fact that RevZilla may be one of the quickest shippers that I've ever dealt with... that's why RevZilla is my first stop when I'm buying.

Products were available in the sizes I needed and in the color options I wanted. Size charts were spot on and items were delivered on the dates they committed to make delivery. They tell you the 10 percent off is good on selected items yet after selling my soul I couldn't get their promo code to work on anything.

The documentation that comes with this neck collar indicated the cover can be removed for cleaning. It is a farce. The covering received is sewn in place and is not removable. Either there is a non-provided over cover that can be removed and cleaned referenced in the documentation, or the claim the cover can be removed is bogus. However, lets put that in perspective. The collar appears good and is modestly priced with higher ratings than the alternative products. I think it is a good product at a fair price.
