Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I received the correct tire I ordered however the windshield was incorrect even after speaking to a representative before I ordered it...but it was received back by your company which was a good thing but it didn't help me with replacing my windshield...

I got my exhaust for my ninja 650 but after ordering once and then being told it was out of stock. I then called next time i check and it was available and after confirming over the phone I ordered it again and received the exhaust. Long story short just call and make sure the part is available.
I was told the part was in stock over the cell phone and received the product.
They were the one of the only websites with my part in stock with a good price.
I can say I was very pleased by my experience as well as my product exceeded my expectations.

I've shopped with revzilla ever since I started riding back in 2020. No matter if it's riding gear or bike parts they make it easy to find what your looking for and if you need to use their customer service. They make the process simple and easy cause they want you to be out riding as much as you want to be out riding.
I placed the order and did not realize that it would take so long to ship. In the meantime, I was able to sell the motorcycle and did not need the part by the time it got to me. I paid to have it delivered then had to pay AGAIN to ship back. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Love the incentive of RevZilla dollars I used to carry a rechargeable light. I like the idea of not having to replace batteries and having versatile enough to have on the road, both for emergencies and routine needs.

Good overall the only thing I didn't like was the no-exchange thing. Instead of exchanging you have to return the item then re-order. If you order something a little more expensive that means you're waiting for that refund for a couple business days at least. I also don't like the increased emphasis on the RevZilla brands like Sedici and what not. When I visit a retail location (Cycle Gear) it's almost entirely RevZilla brands now. It's nothing personal I just like the fit and feel of Alpinestars and Rev'It gear.
Nothing to say other than my return went smoothly.

Company reputation and reviews
I ordered a pair of short riding boots. They did not fit so I follow RevZilla instructions to return item. After printing label, I took packaged item to UPS and was told they couldn't accept label. Out of frustration, I paid for returning costs myself.
I left a message stating problem and requesting assistance, without any response from RevZilla customer service.
My first purchase discount code for 15% didn't work which was frusturating since that was an expensive purchase. Update- they didn't provide me a discount but did offer to give me a $35 credit for next time I used their website which was a nice gesture so thank you!

The item I ordered was only available at Revzilla or an authorized Rukka dealer. They even conceded and price matched the item which in all honest they should have done since they have it advertised at a higher price than on the Rukka website. Purchased, shipped and received within a few days.
It had to do with a price match and my only complaint was that the person I dealt with said the match had to include free shipping. I explained to him that the price of the Rukka item was $10 higher than on the Rukka website and that you can't buy directly from Rukka. I did get the impression that the person I was on the phone with was likely not a motorcycle riding or motorcycle equipment knowledgeable person but it all worked out.
I have used RevZilla for years and started within months of their going into business. Great selection, great prices and they do stand behind everything, or at least they did before the big merge.
Easy navigation to find parts for my gen 3 klr, found a great large top case that can fit two large helmets that looks great. I have new foot pegs, leovince muffler. And a gear shifter but haven't installed yet. Great riding gear too!

As the weather started to warm up, I decided I needed a new pair of mesh gloves. I found the pair I wanted and ordered them. I tracked them on UPS, and their location was identified with a generic "on the way" in the morning, and delivered that evening. I search the yard, street, neighbors, and no gloves. I notified UPS that evening about the missed delivery, and I was concerned that this could go on for weeks. RevZilla shipped out a new pair a gloves and I received them (by USPS) to two days. What a relief and in time for a weekend adventure.
Got on HOLD HELL. "Unexpected call volume." The sample old excuses I have gotten from other sites. I hung up and never tried to contacted them again.

I didn't expect it to take over a week to get to me, with both of us being in the continental US. That was a lovely surprise I got to discover AFTER I had paid for everything. Had I known, I likely would have gotten the same stuff for a similar price elsewhere and saved myself the wait.
That being said, the prices were comparable to everywhere else, and everything arrived in good condition

I received my kickstand shoe really fast, always a pleasure working with Revzilla. However It only came with three of the five screws needed for the shoe. So i need to figure out how to find some that will work for it. I would return it but I have been using it with the three screws it came with and it is now pretty worn even after a few rides.
