Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Ordered a pair of boots and was between sizes and unsure between color choices. Turned out the pair I ordered was too big and I didn't care for the color. Sent them back for a refund and ordered what I needed without issue.
My only complaint with RevZilla is that the search filters are often completely wrong. I'll click the checkbox for mens pants but end up with results that show both mens and women's pants. I'll click the checkbox for my size and get a bunch of listings that do not have my size. I have found this across multiple filters such that I have lost trust in using the filters all together, very frustrating. It would be awesome if someone could go through and clean up the filters.
Revzilla has the best product videos
Order a pair of Trilobite pants for riding this summer. Shipping was quick and I got the pants with no issue and the reviews on the site for the pants were really helpful. Definitely will order with Revzilla again.
Local Cyclegear didn’t have the pants in stock and one of my co-workers uses Revzilla when ordering his gear and has had no issues.
It came through the mail and I used it and it was great very loud when I tried to move the bike, but when I take it off the plastic that holds the alarm is broken and sounds off the entire time I ride with it! Would like a new one!
Ordered two tires and tubes. Tubes were sent out separately and arrived a day earlier than expected. Tires arrived in time and were the exact size as ordered. Will definitely order again from Revzilla.

Bought gloves for 40. I wanted to exchange them because they were too small. I used their sizing chart to pick the size and even measured my hand. It didn't work. The return cost me 20 dollars, half the value of the gloves. Wasn't even worth it. Now I have small gloves...

I purchased this windscreen for more wind protection on my GS. I'm 6'2" and the stock screen was hitting me mid helmet.
Installation was very easy and the results are very satisfactory. I just returned home from a 1,300 mile trip and the Puig was very nice.

I recently ordered a new helmet, actually two. Not sure which to keep and wear, I called for help. They helped me to understand which fit better and why, then handled the return for the helmet which was not the right fit.

The new cables fit up well. The only issue I had was that the clutch perch side. The cable housing is supposed to sleeve into the clutch perch hole. The diameter of the hole was smaller than the cable end. I had to drill the clutch perch hole one size larger to allow the cable to sleeve in. Not a big deal. The cables have a great feel. They also have a great appearance.
Nice pants. I'm 6'2" 205lbs and the 34x34 fit perfectly. The knee pads are a bit low as others have stated, but not that low on me - they are supposed to be at your knees when riding. They don't come with protection, but the knee and hip pads from my BMW adventure pants fit perfectly. They feel soft and comfortable. Very nice riding jean. Might buy myself a different pair in black.
I ordered an Icon Airflite helmet that was delivered about 5 days after ordering. The only hiccup was that I never received a shipped email until 5 days after I received it. A minor annoyance is all, and it was a Labor Day sale, so maybe they had a backlog. I appreciated they got it out quickly, even if there other processes were running behind.

Being a 80/20 this tire perform so good in the street rain and snow and in the dirt this tire grabs the dirt so well... I have tried different companies and it doesn't perform as good as a tire. I'm sticking with it. And the price is worth it
I get about the same life expectancy out of this tire and I run my bike card. About 15,000 to 16,000 miles on the back, I get about 23,000 miles on the front.

Received the right part but took a while to get it. Two exhaust gaskets cost $7.99 to ship, I would hope to receive it alot sooner than it took for that price. Did not ship out within 24hrs as stated.

Shipping is free on all orders over 49.99 in the contiguous US all orders under the 49.99 threshold are charged a flat rate shipping of 7.99.
I ordered parts - 4 items total, 2 of each. They shipped 4 separate packages on 4 different days. 2 of them shipped very late.
The shipping emails showed the price I paid for 2, but a Qty of 1 on the first two shipments, making it look like a mistake in the order. So I contacted Revzilla support, telling them that I ordered 2 of that item, and that they only shipped me 1, and sending them a screenshot. I received no response, and this was a week or two ago.
Eventually I got shipping notifications for the last two items (which were each duplicates of the first two items,) indicating that separate companies were shipping them. It took almost 3 weeks for the last item to arrive, and 2 weeks from the time the shipping label was created.
Hopefully they are the right parts.
