Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
You had one set of Arai brow vents! ONE! I find that hard to believe but I could only enter one, when trying to order more than that. None the less, that's better than paying an absurd amount on Ebay...

The gloves did not even last 8 months before bursting at a seam.
However, I had great support in the warranty from 'Zilla. Rebuying after a warranty claim... the follow up service has been world class. International shipping options are limited (and expensive), but that is my issue for living in 'biking paradise'...
The replacement Alpine Star gloves re-enlightened me to why I abandoned A-star products before... the sizing and cut can only be designed for aliens or orangutans. Over all would have been better to just take the hit on the originals. Oh well, you live and learn.

The helmet is awesome. Shipped right away. Followed the size guide and it fits like a champ. Love the internal sunvisor even though it's a full face helmet. It's a fantastic helmet. Looks great, rides great. Got to me here in Colorado in just a couple days. Can't go wrong with Revzilla! I'm a long time customer and huge fan. So what are you waiting for? Just buy one already. Geez.

The packaging was great, received it with no dings or dents. The product was in tact and very nice. The delivery driver even listened to my request and left it on the porch! 20/10 rating for my experience.
My significant other wanted a pair of Thor gloves for the bike, and this seemed like the best place to get them online!

Website is easy to navigate. Their videos describing their products are very helpful. The only problem I have are with the manufacturers of the products. I'm a big man and there aren't very many big and tall sizes. It's a kinda, take what you get, kinda thing.
Was able to find riding clothes in larger sizes. Not many carry big and tall sizes, which is frustrating for us larger guys. I’m 6’6” tall and 395lbs. And wear a size 16 boot.
I can’t find riding boots in 16 anywhere. These companies need to realize that the whole world isn’t 5’10” tall.

I needed a replacement back protector for my racesuit. I was unable to get it from the site I bought it from. I went straight to Revzilla and found it easily. As a member of their RPM it was delivered in two days.
All the information on their site allowed me to buy it with confidence that it was the correct part tho if I needed to return it. Thoroughly happy with my purchase and the ease of using Revzilla
It was a good experience in purchasing the coat got a heck of a deal, but I just hope it fits my son. It's his Christmas present. If not, I'll be doing an exchange and I'm sure that'll be pleasant.

Thanks for helping me find the part in the OEM manuals - I couldn't find it, but they did it for me. On top of that, they sold it to me for half the price compared to ordering directly from the OEM.

I ordered a pair of Siena Expanse and they arrived the next day. The items work perfectly for us as we have a slingshot and they make communication between us and another pair of slingshots that often go on trips with us. After I placed the order I realized that I left off my apartment number from my address.
I called Rev and they couldn't do anything at the moment because the order was already being processed. But they made a note on my file and as soon as it was sent out for delivery they updated the address without me having to call and request it again.
Package arrived on time due to the great service from rev Zilla.

Great customer service! My open box helmet was missing items that were still to be included, and without hesitation, got everything that was missig shipped out immediately. The breath guard wasn't available, so revzilla credited me the difference so I could purchase it somewhere that was in stock. They even emailed me a place that had it, I ordered it, and lol, it just came in today! Awesome Shoei helmet by the way! Thanks RevZilla!
