Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
After I placed the order I realized that I left off my apartment number from my address.
I called Rev and they couldn't do anything at the moment because the order was already being processed. But they made a note on my file and as soon as it was sent out for delivery they updated the address without me having to call and request it again.
Package arrived on time due to the great service from rev Zilla.

Great customer service! My open box helmet was missing items that were still to be included, and without hesitation, got everything that was missig shipped out immediately. The breath guard wasn't available, so revzilla credited me the difference so I could purchase it somewhere that was in stock. They even emailed me a place that had it, I ordered it, and lol, it just came in today! Awesome Shoei helmet by the way! Thanks RevZilla!
Was 52$ prior to verifying I was a veteran for a "discount". Verified I was on govx, and then I had to pay 58…. Could not remove the discount code from the cart. Kimberly from revzilla reached out and corrected the issue, and I feel that the customer service from these folks was more than most shops would offer. I'm appreciative they took the time to notice and reach out to me directly on the issue.

Price matching
I got the first half of my order in 2 days from ups, it took 12 days to get the other half which came thru the usps was a gasket set that was folded in half (was not foldable) had no dont fold on package or fragile warning. Ign shut off(1st item) only functions with a remote that didnt come with it. Please exsplain how you can sell a worthless product like this be better off with a rock in a box. Overall i thru away $70.00

Thought i would give you a try! Boy was i wrong
I ordered tire and they shipped the work one. I contacted customer service and they were quick to replace the tire. The new tire arrived quickly but was the same model I had just sent back. Contacted them again and they canceled the order and let me keep the "wrong" tire. I them did a new order of another different model tire only to receive the original wrong tire. Working with customer service now to return this one and hopefully get the correct one this time.
They have been great. Fast service, staff that understands the issue and is working to correct them. I have no issues with their work.

I originally ordered a medium but found it was very small. So I ordered the Large and it fits well. I followed the size chart and my waist fit the medium but chest fit the large. My only complaint is that they deduct return shipping from the refund. But my 2nd order ended up being cheaper because of a coupon so it evened out I guess.

Setting it up in my helmet was a little difficult but the quality is good for the price. I used to use AirPods but I couldn't really hear the sound so this was better than expected. Haven't rode on the highway with them yet but if your on a budget i would highly recommend this.

I needed a new helmet and have had great luck with Bell helmets in the past.
Puchased a Puig headlight protector; it came assembled. All I had to do was mount it; which I did. After a 40 mile ride I returned home and 2 of the 5 screws fell out. Chatted with Revzilla customer service. They directed me to call Puig customer service. Which I did. The Puig rep asked to send an email. Which I did. That was about 3 weeks ago. Chatted with Revzilla (the retailer) again today and they said I could not return the defective product. Sent another email to Puig. Doubt that will go anywhere. Yup; it's only about $.50 worth of screws; but guess what; you're only as good as your last customer service experience. I've spent about $2k with Revzilla this year before this experience. And that's all
Their going to get from me. Actively searching for another online retailer. So yes; you will not be getting potentially thousands more $$$ from me because of 2 screws.

I ordered a set of bolts for my motorcycle clutch spring that I COULD have gotten from a dealership already.
The shipping label was created on June 6th 2023 and overnight would have delivered June 7th. I looked at tracking and according to the tracking it was not even picked up on June 6th. I chatted with Revzilla on June 7th and they said that I WOULD be getting it on June 7th. Of course that did not happen.
So this morning I looked at tracking again. STILL no update or acknowledgement of the package even being picked up. I chatted with Revzilla again and they said "you will be getting it today" and then another chat and they said "FedEx must have missed the pickup scan so it will be delivered tomorrow".
ALL I have gotten is the run-around with them in regards to my packages and no one will give me actual answers or try to fix anything.
Tip for consumers:
I will be returning my entire order because of the lies and mistrust I have gotten from them.
