Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
My order was received, but the packaging was missing a component. Not necessarily Revzillas fault, unless they built the packaging. Customer Service has shipped the missing component though. Ordering was great. Shipping was great. Part missing not great. Customer Service is great.

Product availability
It was what I needed.
I have the AG5, I loved it for summer riding. The AG6 seems to have more mesh so should be even better. The armor feels more comfortable. Big plus is the extended tail. With the AG5 and straight tail, on cool mornings my but crack area would get quite chilly, don't think that will happen with the AG6. The magnets on the thermal liner seem dumb but I haven't tried it yet so we'll see. The only reason I upgraded from the AG5 is because I had 25K road miles on it and it's just not getting as clean as is like.

Cancelled my $1,062 order after no reason, just said I had to use money order or wire transfer.
Then the lady I called to resolve the issued said " I hate to make it sound like this but maybe you would be better off shopping somewhere else". Boy am I glad I gave them all of my PERSONAL information before they decided I wasn't worth their time. Now I am waiting on hold to see if it is even possible to cancel my account with my name, both addresses, phone number, bankcard information, utv model and bike model and whatever else they could grab with cookies. Would NOT trust these folks.

Everything went well until time to deliver the product. The site claims to "ship within 24 hours of purchase" which was nice because Kriega is in Europe and I just needed some replacement straps for a dry pack by Kriega.
Unfortunately it took over a week to actually ship while my order did start the shipping process within 24hours it 100% hadn't been physically placed into the hands of anyone to make it to me until a week later. Which was a big reason I hadn't looked anywhere else because revzilla claimed to ship in 24 hours and was in the US.
So,
The only seller of a kriega accessories stateside I could find and the web site falsely claimed to ship products within 24 hours of purchase.

I placed an order on RevZilla for a set of gas tanks for a shovelhead on Monday the 14th in the evening. It said it would be 3 to 5 days before the order would ship which should've placed it shipping on about Tuesday morning the 22nd. Today is Thursday the 24th and I called them and they still have not shipped my item and cannot give me a reason why. They also told me they emailed the shipping department and it could be 2 to 3 more days before I hear anything this is bull$#*!. I didn't even offer faster shipping or a partial refund. That means I'll be waiting almost 3 weeks to get my item by the time it's shipped. Definitely never ordering from RevZilla again I will stick to Dennis Kirk and JP cycles.

I ordered a bunch of stuff on a Friday afternoon, all of which was listed as "In Stock". I received an email confirming that part of it had shipped Friday evening. At the end of Monday I contacted customer support via chat to inquire about the items that hadn't shipped yet, which included a Klim jacket that was still listed as "In Stock". They said wait and contact them again. I contacted CS again on Wednesday, more than 2 full days after ordering, still seeing no shipping confirmation for a few items. They said "hmm, I'll have my logistics team check on this and I'll email you...". I got a confirmation for another portion of the order, but still no action on the Klim jacket. On Thursday I called CS, jacket was still listed as "in stock", and asked them to cancel that item. They did, no problem. The customer service folks were friendly and responsive, however it appears that there was some kind of snafu in the execution of order fulfillment.
The CS people were friendly, however there were unable to resolve an order fulfillment problem (could have been out of their scope.)
The site said everything I wanted was in stock.
Ordered a mesh jacket and back pad. When order arrived, the jacket was one size smaller than what was ordered. And, the backpad was defective - all the vent holes in the pad were 'clogged' by flashing left by a poor mold match.
Service representative was great at getting me an RMA - but now I'm almost a week since she did that, and the replacement jacket has still not shipped.
I wanted a highly ventilated mesh jacket, and my Joe Rocket 'Ion' is no longer made.

I had ordered a pair of Dainese riding shoes that I had decided to keep, but after under 24 hours of riding, one of the lace loops busted! Normally I wouldn't be able to return a product that had been used. But given the circumstances, RevZilla's team allowed me to make a return for a full refund. The replacement pair I ordered came just as quickly and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Ordered an upgrade to my existing kit- pair of riding jeans, two sets of gloves. I got an email later on stating that my jeans had been canxed and I would be refunded (no reason or attemtp to contact me was made). I had to call to find out that the reason was "there was no armor". Well...I have extra sets of armor. Could have easily bought some, too, if I had been given the opportunity/chance. Instead, my dream pair of jeans was just made unavailable. I didn't want the gloves without the jeans, so I cancelled the entire order. Two stars for the on the phone experience.
