Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I ordered a top box, bracket and base for my Honda. Later I received notice that the box with required base and bracket was canceled, the part was no longer stocked. Then a few days later an email saying the bracket and base shipped. I called and emailed to remedy not getting parts I couldn't use. I have to send them back for a refund and pay shipping. Not great business.
As described above. Unclear email that I would receive the rest of my order that served no purpose. Email correspondence to customer service was of no value. I hung up on my hold to customer service on the phone with 10 customers in front of me.
Revzilla advertised having the parts I needed, then didn't have them.
My alpinestars smx gloves arrived with a ripped finger, contacted customer service with photo proof and still questioned as if the gloves really showed up ripped. The fact that it takes customer service 2-3 days to reply to my emails is very frustrating! It's like pulling teeth to get a replacement sent out so I have new gloves for my upcoming moto trip to the smokies. The jeans I ordered are perfect, they're the Trilobite parado jeans. Very good quality and without any defects

I am on my 3rd helmet from revzilla and cycle gear. My previous and first Schuberth did not fit as well as my HJC and it was easy to return and get a different size. Now I review carefully and read consumer reviews as well as star ratings prior to purchase. Replace helmets every 5 years.
Helmet manufacturers come out with new models and the star ratings can give insight to potential issues. The customer service
staff have been able to finalize my decisions for purchasing such expensive protection. I have been riding motorcycles 59 years, mostly road but the 70s were 50% dirt riding.
Best price and size availability
Good deals better than the stores. But the shipping time is longer that I thought.! It say 3 to 4 days and it took 8 days to arrive.
Recently bought first time purchase and had issue with discount but they made it right-would definitely recommend! Great customer service and timely feedback.

I looked at a few websites to find a face shield for my helmet and Revzilla had a wider selection that the other places I looked at. I ended up going with a color that I didn't even know existed and I wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't checked Revzilla.
I ordered a hoodie that was supposed to include elbow armor. The hoodie was very high quality and was packaged very well. But, it did not come with the elbow armor it was supposed to. I called and they next dayed elbow armor to me no problem.

I placed my order late in the day on a Friday antisapating it wouldn't ship until Monday. To my surprise they had it out the door before the end of the day the same day I ordered it. RZ is not always the cheapest, but sometimes quick service is more important than cheap.
