Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I have known about the company for a long time. I purchased a helmet and it did not fit me correctly. Package was left out in the rain. I had no control over that so packaging got wet was concerned on the return that it might be an issue. I am happy to say it was not, the return process was quick shipped on a Monday in my account on Thursday no issue with wet package. They have gained a customer for life and although I did not end up owning a helmet from them, I will be looking at them first when I make a decision to try again, this company stands behind his products, and I would be more than willing to purchase from them. Again, thank you for the professionalism and ease of purchase and return. And as a former United States, Marine, the military discount is much appreciated, even received it on a clearance item or closeout item as they listed. Semper Fi. When making purchases these days, there are many choices, and they can all be very overwhelming. Give these guys a chance, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
On the customer service end when asking a question I cannot make a judgment on one call to them, but I will say is the gentleman on the other end did not seem to be very engaging. This is not the companies fault. I feel it is the employee maybe he was having a bad day we all do once in a while.

Got a small size and it fits perfect a little tight but as it breaks in it will fit like a dream! My head size is 56cm. Had a bell trace star flex and it had bad pressure points on the top of my head and when I put the Shoei on… GAME CHANGER, it's the Cadillac
Of helmets! Great quality. Cuts through the wind no problem and the wind noise is not noticeable with headphones in, giving it is a race helmet so I expected a bit of wind noise but was surprised at how quiet it really is. Love it!
Trust worthy site, fast shipping and quality handling.
I was initially sceptical of buying riding boots online, but RevZilla really delivered. We purchased a pair of men's TCX Blend 2 WP and a pair of women's TCX Blend WP and they fit just like the sizing chart said. They were also delivered surprisingly fast. Very happy with the purchase and have enjoyed the boots so far!

The pads are a perfect fit. I ordered the Sedici Sistema II XXL. Fits snug but a little bit of pressure on the forehead and cheeks. I made a call to customer service which was very helpful. Ordered the XXXL cheek pads and liner. They are 5mm thinner. Fits much better now. Thanks

It was what I needed.
I had a misunderstanding about an advertised discount. Without going into the long story, all I can say is the outset of it is that Revzilla did good by me.

Yeah, I go thru all that crap with the text messages and I'm going to get 15% off. And I don't qualify. That's BS, man. I could have saved by buying from another (any other) dealer. I won't order from Revzilla again.

Sale price for absolute banger of a helmet
I purchased a battery status indicator for $65. (or over $70 with tax and shipping). It didn't ship with other items I purchased at the same time, however shipping on this item was late so I looked on Amazon and found a better one for $12 with FREE SHIPPING. So I cancelled my order with Revzilla.
