Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Had to go to Amazon for the sprockets, but got the chain from Revzilla. Didn't have any gold/nickel plated O-ring DID which sucks because I live near the ocean, and the only 520 16T sprocket was $38 so I went to Amazon for that.

Ordered Michelin tires, partly because of an $80 rebate. Was told, "No problem, easy to get the rebate." Not true. All documents from Revzilla were insufficient for Michelin to honor.

Shipping was super fast... I'm pretty sure. This request to review doesn't say what they want me to review. Anyway, if it's the Trailmax Raid tires they're awesome. Great traction offroad and they feel planted on the paved twisties. If I can get 4 or 5k miles out of them I'll buy again.

I was looking at this helmet at a local brick and mortar store. They didn't have the attendant comms package or a color selection that extended beyond black. Revzilla had everything I was looking for and delivered it super quick.

The Schubert C5 is everything I have been looking for in a helmet. From furniture to fit, it checked every box and I have been very satisfied. I recently took the system on a 600 mile jaunt from northern Virginia to South Carolina. It performed like a dream.
I found the helmet I wanted and shopped around. It was about $100 cheaper than anywhere else. I was skeptical, but found some reassuring reviews. Received my helmet and couldn't be happier. Like the title says: easier, cheaper, quality!

Tried on this brand's helmet in store and wanted something colorful. Found this helmet and shopped around for price.
I had order products in the past from RevZilla and have an account with them. For this item I paid expedited shipping. Three days after ordering, I received notice that the package was being held at the local UPS location due to incorrect shipping instructions. I call RevZilla and they told me I had to wait 5 business days before they could attempt to fix the problem. I waited 5 days and called back. I was informed the package was being returned to the RevZilla warehouse. I asked for an immediate refund of all charges including shipping, which they quickly authorized. I ordered and received the same product from another vender in 3 days.

Great Selection
Contrary to reviews garment true to size, therefore ordered larger size to accommodate comfort and layering. However, garment is too large, so I will be returning ASAP.

Past experience
My bike has had an impossible-to-locate rattle for years. I thought it was in the front end and even had an experienced mechanic look at it, but we couldn't find it. I finally realized the other day that it was probably the loose gas cap, and ordered this replacement. It looks identical to the original, fits perfectly, and, best of all, it fixed the rattle. My only regret is that I didn't figure it out years ago.
Ordered my plastics. Said would ship in 24 hours. Nothing for 5 days until I contacted them. Items in stock. Gave me meaningless store credit. Finally shipped. Received over a week later.

I ordered a helmet, boots, and gloves all from Revzilla. All showed up ridiculously fast. When the helmet was slightly larger than anticipated, return went smooth.
I didn't know too much what to expect but the ratings on the visor and the pictures helped a lot I looked up a youtube video and put it on in like 30 seconds
