Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Got what I needed for a on sale price. Got lucky that day. Overall good experience. I'll check back again next time I need a thinger two

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of scammers out there today, so the fact that RevZilla has a legit website, a successful YouTube channel & quality commercials, further solidifies them as a legit company.

Product was just what I hoped for, price was slightly discounted. Shipping was 'FREE' by UPS innovations, they use USPS for the 'final mile' and are slower that ether UPS or USPS - awful delivery service. FedEx has a similar service which is just as bad - a normal 2 day delivery turns into a week - AWFUL
I've ordered over 30 items from Revzill and I can't say anything but good things about this company. They are always in stock for what I'm looking for and deliver is fast and easy.

Scratch that these guys are J&P, Cycle Gear,, and a few other names too. It's all a scam, they are their own competition. CEO Ken Murphy is a scam artist. After J&P cancelled my order because I contacted them about an order that hadn't shipped out two weeks after I placed it. So they just cancelled causing me to not be able to complete a customers build in time. I ordered from RevZilla and after they took payment I received an email from them saying that they were cancelling my order because of my review and complaints about J&P. When I tried to contact customer service to see what was going on all I got was a message saying that they would not accept any orders from me again, then closed the chat window before I could respond. Now I'm blocked from all of the companies that are owned by them I'm going out of business because I had a complaint about it being 11 days and they forgot to ship the order (when the website says orders ship within 24 hours). So if you don't get your order on time, don't say anything or you can be in the same place as me, wondering how to explain to employees why they are getting laid off. Corporate Bullies are all they are.
Because I hate J&P sooo much it was time to find someone new to deal with and RevZilla has been easy to deal with in the past few times that I have used them I think that it's time to give them the bulk of my business.
I ordered some plastics for a KTM EXC. 2 of the 3 items were in stock to ship the other would ship out in 2-3 days. The out of stock item shipped 2 days before the in stock items were shipped. I also had some boots I returned and did not know I would have to pay shipping back to return if I didn't want them. If I exchanged for a different size I wouldn't pay shipping but to simply return them if I wasn't satisfied with my purchase I had to pay for shipping. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known I would be charged to ship it back.

Purchased jacket that was too large. Returned it and still waiting for it to be credited back to card but certain its coming as promised. Ordered new jacket 1 size smaller and got it within 2 days.

Ordered the item and paid for 2 day express shipping. Item didn't even ship for 3-4 days! Unacceptable. You promised to get it out same or maybe next day. Not 3 days later.
Rep was nice. Refunded expediting shipping charges but I received item after I returned from my trip. Will return this item since you weren’t able to deliver on time.
