Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

It's being drop shipped from the supplier directly to you. I can only see that it has shipped, I cannot see the tracking number.
Week later still no helmet. No Tracking number. Will not shop with them again.

I need some parts for my superglide, SO being I just heard about your company I decided to give you a call. BIG MISTAKE! So far I've called the customer service number 3 times in the past 30 minutes, I hit number 1 as required and all I heard is music playing for minutes and minutes and minutes with NO ONE ANSWERING my call. This is a business? You can be sure I will NEVER call you for anything in the future, because I don't think anybody works there. Your service SUCKS.

I loved shopping on your site. However, as a customer from outside the US, there are a few things you could do to improve my experience.
First, I made a single order for three items (helmet, jacket and gloves). They were shipped independently and of course arrived independently. This can be a nuisance for foreign shoppers, as couriers usually charge by the item (and size too). Sending all items in a single package would definitely be better, and it's what other sites (like Amazon) have managed to do quite well, albeit some hiccups.
Second, in this particular case I sent the products to a hotel I'd be staying in the States. Since obviously I didn't want things to arrive later than I'd be leaving, I shopped about a week in advance. But I also don't want to inconvienience the hotel by having them receive this quite big packages a week in advance. I tried contacting customer service by chat, and they told me that depending on which warehouse the items were in, they'd take between a day and a week to arrive.
So, I placed my order, and items arrived quite soon, and the hotel wasn't very happy about the space all these packages took for about a week.
These are all little details, which probably don't impact your daily operations, but they'd be nice to get.
Also, the products are great and fitment information was spectacular.

I tried to contact Customer Service to determine the date of arrival of my products.
They were very kind, but unfortunately couldn't determine whether the products I was ordering were in stock in the NV warehouse, which would take 1 day to arrive, or the other warehouse, which would take 5 days.
It popped up when googling motorcycle equipment. And quality is assured, unlike Amazon, which you cannot trust these days on grounds on receiving counterfeit or simply bad quality products.
