Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Your customer service staff always resolve my issues and have an answer to my questions. Products have always been as described, and y'all have saved me quite a bit of money.

WELL, Revzilla recommended these for my 89 Yamaha Venture and to be honest I wasn't sure about it at first but I said screw it let's give it a shot, I had to use the handlebar location instead of fairings (really prefer on the handlebars, just looks better to my eye) they just give me a more modern look instead of just plastic fairings and the back of these mirrors are metal, had a magnet I attached to it just to see if it was metal.
Heard a lot from coworkers that they loved Revzilla so I gave it a shot.

Videos are always helpful when choosing sizes. This helmet fit slightly larger than my Bell Bullitt helmet which is also size large. This helmet is super comfortable for my head.

I was looking for a specific helmet, I found them, ordered what I wanted, they arrived on time and they both fit my wife and myself perfectly. We both had a wonderful Memeorial Day Weekend with our new SENA buit in Blue tooth helmets.

Have bought merchandise from Revzilla previously and have been very pleased.
It took them 10 days from the time I placed the order (Tue, Oct 17th) to the time I received the items. The package was not even passed onto the UPS until Mon, Oct 23rd - 5 days after the order was placed. The items could have been dropped into an envelope and sent via USPS and it would hve taken less time. WTF?
I was told that I could expect the package within a week after I called - which suspiciously was the very same day the package was sent to UPS.
Because the first online seller I placed an order with had IT issues and could not determine when they could access the orders to take any action on them.
Item ordered said in stock. Ordered on a Sunday thinking I would receive it by Thursday. Didn't even ship out until Thursday and received it a week and a 1/2 later.
