Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Everything was smooth. The product was exactly as described.
Ordered some stuff 2 weeks ago. But they have disappeared from my orders. I used chat but nothing changed.

Very disappointed in how these gloves are constructed in the palm area, other than the padding which is very little, the non-padded area is extremely thin perforated vinyl.
Jacket was well packaged and arrived in great condition.

thought I ordered the wrong item, called to cancel, found out it was too late in the shipping process. But the woman I talked to offered a free shipping return if I found that I needed to send it back. When my order arrived I discovered that it would work just fine. But I really appreciated the kindness and offer to make it all good. Thanks.

Ordered a set of Michilen Road 6 tires for what I thought was a good price. They sent me a front tire that was over a year old and a rear tire that is almost a year old already.
Tip for consumers:
They said tires are shipped from another distributor and they have no control over what is sent. So keep in mind if ordering tires from them.

I was able to locate the seat I wanted relatively easily. The seat arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was in good shape still. Looking forward to installing the seat.

I ordered a pair of gloves, a pair of boots and a jacket. The gloves never arrived, and I misjudged my size in the boots, so I effectively only received 1/3 items as expected.
Well, I never heard back after contacting customer service for the missing gloves. So I'll have to put that down as a one star. And in general, charging to print the return label is always trashy, particularly when you know people are trying to get their size in clothes/shoes without the opportunity to try things on.

It was easy to find a similar Jacket to my previous one in a few clicks. Ordered it, received it a few days later and that was it. No surprise no hassles.
Best place for motorcycle stuff
I purchased a "demo" Icon jacket with a decent discount. Other than a stain on the shoulder, which was easily removed with Oxyclean, you can't tell it was ever touched.

We ordered a set of tires for a 650 VStrom and it all went fairly well. The notification of shipping didn't happen until 2 days after the tires were delivered.
I never got an answer to my customer service email asking for shipping information until two days after the tires were delivered.
