Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Directions in how to return, the return address and label were vauge hard to understand, Hawaii returns are different from the other 48 states in that it’s not a normal shipping label.

Ordered two items. One arrived by FedEx which was what was shown in the shipping notification. An hour later, the other item arrived by UPS, which was NOT mentioned.
Turned out that the order got split between two different carriers but that wasn't indicated on the shipping notification. All turned out ok. Customer service was top notch!
