Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
The item I ordered was great. It was just annoying that I did all that sign up for a discount to have it be an "excluded item". Wished I would have been able to know that before having to give my email, create an account, confirming going back and forth with the site and my e-mail, have to click x on all the pop ups... Just want to buy my item without all the extra ads or last minute offer to add to cart.

I have used Revzilla in the past for motorcycle parts. They usually have what I need and they have sales regularly if you want to wait for a sale or you might find something you want/need on sale randomly. Ships quickly and usually arrives in good shape.

It was great overall experience after talking on the phone with Tyler he set my order up but unfortunately when the mini boards arrived they where for the passenger NOT Driver so it is what it is there on my bike for whoever rides with me just have to try an save the money up to get driver ones

Much cheaper than other sites. I didn't know much about this air hawk pad, heard about it and without looking for it had only seen it on one other site. Was about to order it but was hesitant on the price. Than I thought I should check revzilla and I'm glad I did, it was much cheaper and extra cheaper with the free shipping. My wife is really happy with this pad, I may use it on my next solo trip and see for myself.

I bought two similar items and found one doesn't work with my motorcycle. They shipped fast and the package is nice. The return process is also simple as long as the parts are not installed.

Tcx riding boots are perfect! Fox riding shorts not so much. I tried them on and the pad was stitched maybe 2 mm on the edge in a whole without any support and ripped. Look at the left side of the shorts and it's stitched the same way. The pad is foam how is 2 threads of stitching going to hold that in place.

I like to go to the Revzilla Boutique in Philadelphia. The sales people are always knowledgeable and courteous. The ability to actually see and feel the merchandise cannot be duplicated online.
As a shopper of large and tall sizes, it is important to the gear on. Often there are subtle variations in the sizes are not reflected in the size charts.
Turned out that the size I needed was not in stock at the store location. However, the salesman had me try on various items to verify the required at the boutique. We were then able to find the particle pair of summer pants I needed online and have it shipped to my house.

I ran into an issue with my shipping; the RevZilla system pulls your address from PayPal if you use it to pay, and it wasn't until after I hit confirm that I realized it wasn't correct. I immediately contacted support and explained my scew-up. Their response was that the order was too far into their system to adjust it (I sent the support email 60 seconds after confirming my order, so "too far" means "at all"), and that they wouldn't be able to change the shipping address anyway because I paid with PayPal. The suggestions were: 1) go pick up the package from the given address - unfortunately not an option - or 2) call us after it ships and "we may be able to have it rerouted." A couple of days later, my package ships and I call them that morning and speak with a customer service rep on the phone and ask to re-route the package, and he tells me that because it was shipping with USPS, they can't do that. Ultimately the only way the second rep was able to help me out was by sending a new item out with my updated address. Bless him for doing that, but it was kind of ridiculous that it was seemingly his only option.
RevZilla autopopulated a shipping address that doesn't exist in my normal PayPal account anymore. When you checkout as a guest and pay through PayPal, it pulls from an address list that you can't edit from your regular PayPal account. You can only see that address during checkout. In order to change it, I had to almost complete a new order, and at the VERY end, literally on the page with the checkout button, it shows the address and gives me the opportunity to change it. And then hearing different things from different service reps re: re-routing my package didn't inspire a lot of confidence, especially in the 21st century. I'm rating 3 stars because they solved my problem, but honestly the company policies were standing in their way the whole time and it should never have been as frustrating for them as it was.

Ordered the cable kit for my 2001 Sportster, everything was correct except the brake cable, it was to short. Contacted customer service and the shipped another entire kit to me the next day. That kit also had the wrong brake cable. Contacted customer service again, they shipped me the correct brake cable in a couple days along with a return label and the wrong brake cables and one kit was returned. Customer service was very helpful and worked on getting me the correct parts. Will definitely purchase from you again.

You guys do a great job but that 'new to me' pop up about virtual help with the order is very distracting and unnecessary. I can't get rid of it and it blocks a good portion of the screen. I would suggest, if you must, have it pop up and stay maybe ten seconds and then disappear. ( 4 stars instead of my normal 5 this time around...)

Took US 276 up to the Blue Ridge Parkway (BRP) along with everyone else on the hottest day of the season in western NC. Good airflow around torso. Good protection with sturdy non-flow panels. Kept its shape. Did not need liner. Will have to wait for a rainy day. Usually a medium tall but this large fits well. One thing surprised me: outer zipper car is on the left side of jacket. Solid product, worthy investment.

I found the riser/pullback to fit my new mini 8" mini bars for my Honda Shadow 750 on the RevZilla website. I read the description and fitting tab, and was comfortable with the product. $114. And 7 days later I received the product. I started reading the installation instructions, the first I read states that these are NOT for the use/installation with mini bars over 4" They are only for OEM bars. Gee, why was this vital information not stated in the fitting/description? This is my first time I ever buy from RevZilla. Don't know if I ever will again. Very disappointed!
