Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I knew the name and love the customer service experience. Online, in person, it does not matter, I have never had a bad experience.
No problems, knee pads were on sale, both te grandsons needed them, arrived on time w/o issue. Fit was perfect, now if they just dont lose them

Your company may be considered a third party distributor for riding gear and parts but for me it sometimes is the only way to go you always have products on your website that is “old” or no longer sold on the manufacturer website anymore. For example I bought fox racing moto pants from your company because fox no longer carried it even though it is a 2023 product. I appreciate your company a lot

I received the more generic version what was pictured for sale.
It was the one I wanted, but did not receive it. The picture was a different shape and was gray and black.

Found what I needed at prices I could afford. Shipping was quick, I did have one order come in multiple boxes, but I'm not complaining as I did receive everything I ordered and made some ZILLACASH :)
