Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I have been searching online for a helmet that fit great and safe but didn't break the bank. Busy with work not having time. Makes it difficult for me to go to a store and try on helmets after helmet and not wanting to spend over $400 on a helmet I started to order online and oh boy was it difficult. Amazon was great on returns but others not so great after trying about 8 different helmets and returning them I was about to give up nothing fit right. Then RevZilla youtube popped up on my phone reviewing the Sedici Sistema II helmet and I said let's give it one more try I have never ordered from RevZilla before and they seemed most reputable.
