Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I love your sight, I found everything that I've looked for so far. And the customer service is on point. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I needed a bluetooth sound system for my SHOIE F 14 HELMENT I JUST BOUGHT, I had a system in my old helmet but the speakers were to big for the grooved out part in the helmet for the speakers. It was a CARDO SYSTEM. They told me about a AWSOME sound system made just for that new helmet i got, it also came with harmon carmen speakers. I was really thrilled when i hooked it up, it sounded so AWSOME!. You guys always take care of me thier, VERY PROFESSIONAL. When i need anything for my sport bike, REVZILLA is the only site i will go to. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Staff assistance via text has been very helpful when needed, prices are fair. Your search function loses you a star. On Opera browser(pc and android) atleast, the price when you try to narrow in only does "-1 to 0" and if you click too fast it auto applies that money range even if you aren't looking to change price. If you try to remove it it voids your entire search.

First of all I purchased from this lying company because the website said Hurry and order now in stock and arrives before Christmas. So I did with 2 weeks before Christmas. Then I received email 1 or 2 days later saying great news your order has been processed and waiting on carrier. Again excited hey this is going to be here in 5 days. We'll everyday there after I check tracking daily and it's samething. I finally called giving them the benefit of doubt because of the busy time of year. Waited forever and finally got somebody he tells me samething waiting on carrier. So I said something has to be wrong he says let me check. Well he checks comes back with I have put an investigation to see what happened and this takes 5 days. WOW! Well its 4 days to Christmas and your going to investigate for 5 days. You do the math. So I ask for supervisor same bull crap. He offers a discount and gift card and I'm sorry. Still no answer as to if the package is going to arrive. And WOULD NOT NEXT DAY AIR IT BECAUSE ITS AGAINST PROTOCOL WHILE UNDER INVESTIGATION. So here's what really pissses me off Revzilla has already been paid in full and they don't give a crap when you get your order. SO THANKS ALOT REVZILLA AS MY SON WILL BE OPENING EMPTY PACKAGE THIS YEAR.
