Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I got two different sizes of a helmet and tried them and I'm returning one that didn't fit well. Usually a pretty easy process.

Only place that had the size I needed
Needs a new helmet, so I started watching YouTube and reading reviews online. I love this helmet. It's light and comfortable on long rides, and for the price, it's great.
Started out problematic but issue was resolved and order was fulfilled.
Order was canceled do to shipping problem. Called customer service and was informed that the item had been stopped in process and was returned back to Revzilla. Service rep fixed issue and sent me the item later.
