Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Good web interface on mobile and tablet. Easy to sort through the multitude of gear options. The videos are a substantial plus for the shopping experience. ZillCash seals the deal, so to speak.
Products-wise, RevZilla has a wide selection for gear. Parts for the KLR650 might be limted, throughout the market (e.g radiator, hoses, fan recently) but for the general stuff (air filter e.g) I can trust RevZilla for the quality parts too.

I like to use OEM parts on my bikes. I needed a few OEM Honda oil filters plus a can of BelRay chain lube. They had it and then I had it in only a couple of days. That's been my experience with RevZilla over the years.

Ordering was good. Received first battery damaged. Outer box fine, inner box damaged so I am assuming I received a battery damaged in their receiving/storage process. Second battery both boxes were damaged, but battery was ok. Don't think I will order a battery on line again.
Had to return a battery. Was an easy process, but pain bringing it to a fed ex location.

Saw a Different jacket but TOTALLY out of my size. But then I found this Cheaper & CUTER Jacket. Just hope it fits because none in my real size is 1 size up but I will take a chance.

I usually have no complaints, but this time I was a bit disappointed that the size recommendation was pretty far off. I always trust them since I started using the site, but this time my helmet is so tight I probably have to return it, and that's going to be expensive and almost negates any money I saved by using revzilla instead of buying at a store near me.

Sometimes you are too fast. Ordered a windscreen and soon realized I ordered the wrong color. Called withing 30 minutes and it was already processed. So, I ordered another one the correct color and they added a free return label with the original order.
Good experience, was able to order both products with just refills cash which was awesome. I am a bit disappointed in the helmet lock. Feels nice and sturdy but doesn't lock if you just push the pin back in you have to use the key to lock it again. Also would be nice if the helmet lock allowed you to set the lock with your motorcycle key.
