Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I've bought a helmet and maintenance part off this site. Fast shipping and exactly what I paid for. Great gear and parts.

No idea what Mail Innovations is. No tracking information ever provided. What a joke. Had to cancel and order from Amazon. Beware!

Another updating moment in the biker life. I am happy with all the products, especially with the help of the video review kept on the revzilla site. I know the Bk location is the best place to try on and decide, which is the only drawback. Between the location, hoping they have the item I want to purchase in stock, I have to order a lot from the site. However you guys make it really easy to order, decide and return and so I am happy. As long as that's the option I can use then Revzilla is still my go too. Though it would be nice to have another shop, and if not please keep the Bk location, because well its awesome, especially when al the employees park up front.
