Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Received sound advice when ordering a new tire for my drz400s, even helped place the order. Will,order from Revzilla again!

Easy peasy. Fit fine on the open. Walking will take some acclimation. Look great. The ratchet straps do slip very easily….not a good thing.

Everything was fine until a manufacture's defect. That is not revzilla's fault, but the speed in which was handled was unacceptable.
The people who I talked to were polite and helped well enough, but whenever the issue had to be sent to another group, that became unacceptable. Call was on friday morning. Someone could have finished this ticket out the same day. Instead I ended up waiting over the weekend for some one to respond. Then I still had to contact revzilla again on tuesday to get it finished. Now it is memorial day weekend and the shipping is delayed. If this was handled in a reasonable timeframe, none of this waiting would have happened.
