Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
After the purchase it shipped quick, arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to install and now my bike looks awesome!
Cause it has the parts i need
Had issue with auto renewal. Auto renew did not occur as scheduled. Had to renew manually. Since RPM membership and REVER Pro memberships are now separate, also had issues with the REVER renewal as well because the transaction kept terminating before the promo code entry was complete. Had to contact REVER directly to have them add the promo code to my account.
Customer service was extremely professional and helpful. After walking through the renewal process problems, the issues were resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours.

Selection & rever connection
The product was what I expected, but the actual item was pretty dented and beat up. It works, but I definitely would not pay $100 for it again based off of the simplicity and condition.

You always have stuff in stock
Good… but online it said I would receive a 10% discount… Only to call in and have an agent tell me that it doesn't apply to tires.
I paid $600 for a shoei helmet that came with a bent pin lock lens I sent in the pictures and it still won't give me a new lock lens. I think it's bull$#*!. $600 and can't get anything right
Absolutely terrible I pay $600 for a helmet and they can’t give me a $35 pen lock lens because the one that came with the helmet is bent I will not buy from RevZilla again

RevZilla has always been fast and efficient. There has never been any problems with returns. I live in an area of the country where there are not any shops to try on clothes. So quiet often I have had to return an item because it doesn't fit. There have never been any problems with the return.

The women's leather jacket we ordered ran a size and à half small. The quality looked great, felt great, and I'm sure would have been great had the measurements been a match. I don't like using FedExs. The company return policy remains as good as always except for FedEx - they are simply not as efficient as UPS.

Right product and the best price.
I am older than I used to be and my fingers get cold easily. The hand guards will keep the wind from blowing directly on my fingers.
I really wish RevZilla would tell you where your product will be shipped from. I live in Pennsylvania, an hour away from their showroom but parts sometimes come from California. That's a 4 day shipping different. It would be convenient to know when your part will be in when your bike is on the stand. Otherwise great company.
