Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
This boot feels super hard and unyielding. It's like walking in ski boots and the interior is hard and uncomfortable. It's impossible to not walk awkwardly in them, and the latches don't feel good. The ankle has absolutely no flex/give making walking not practical. I'd imagine it's hard to shift. I'm working on returning them.

Excellent as always! Was able to type my year, make and model in of my bike and the part I was looking for and RevZilla gave me so many options that fit my bike specifically. It like knowing that I am getting something that I know will fit my bike, without have to guess myself.
RevZilla is my first stop shop -- I was looking for my parts, gear, fluids, anything motorcycle related on RevZilla first before even thinking of looking somewhere else. RevZilla never lets me down with their insanely fast shipping. I ordered my part on Saturday and I had it Monday morning.
RevZilla assured me the part would fit my bike, provided lots of details regarding the part and gave reviews from customers who have also used it.
It doesn't matter what I purchased. This company itself is 5-Star. The gloves are awesome by the way.
Returning glove that were too large. Again. I have short fingers apparently. I used their sizing chart. No one’s fault and not a complaint.

These appear to be about the safest gloves for what I’m doing. Hands and head need the most, but once I get the correct size gloves, I’m fully covered. I sincerely pray every cent I have spent on safety gear is a huge waste of money.
They spent 2 hrs helping my wife & I trying on different helmets & changing pads & just had an enjoyable time with these guys.

I purchased an Alpinestars glove. The sizing chart was off for me. I already went up a size, turns out that going up two sizes barely worked. It's tough to buy clothes online, unfortunately return shipping can add up quick. I'm still happy with the product and service I received from Revzilla.

I can't recommend Revzilla enough. Without them, I would not have been able to rebuild this F4i myself. Not only do they have every single bolt I need, but their diagrams are extremely helpful. Awesome website.
Their diagrams were the first reason I ended up on the website, but they numbered every bolt/hardware in the diagram and made them extremely easy to order.

Found the item we needed today. Women's gear is still a struggle for my wife to find but the jacket arrived faster than we thought!
Frame slider bolt immediately snapped. My disappointment is in the return process. I took a picture and submitted the snapped bolt- you really want me to mail it back before you ship another? I'm clearly not trying to scam you. I'd prefer to just have a new item shipped and throw the first in the trash.

Consistently good experiences at Revzilla... picked up a pair of Forma boots a week or so back and am pretty happy with them out of the box.
Always have what I need, and at great prices. Plus I had some rewards cash to use...
Oem battery died on my 1090R and gave me the excuse to upgrade to a Shorai, which is a brand I trust. Perfect fit and huge weight savings. MUST keep it on a proper tender through winters when the bike sits for months.
My go-to when I can't find stuff elsewhere, and their prices are typically competitive with everyone else, and excellent customer service.

After 50+ min on chat and phone, multiple attempts to checkout to only fail finally manager called back and got the order straightened out.
Agent did nothing to help. Was reluctant to get me a manager after more issue with placing order

I purchased the Alpinestars J-6 WP Women's Riding Shoes. The online reviews indicated that these shoes ran large and to size down a complete size. My normal size is a 10. Therefore, I ordered 2 different sizes just to be sure because we were leaving on a motorcycle trip to Colorado and I needed the shoes. I ordered a 9 and a 9.5. It's a good thing I did--because these shoes do not run large at all. I kept the 9.5, but I probably would be happier with my normal size 10 and would have returned the 9.5 had I had time to get the size 10 before our trip.
I liked the way they looked and they were waterproof.
The items came super quick just in time for my track day. Which I wasn't expecting. Definitely ordering all my parts from reveille!
