Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
I fudged my Sistema 2 face-shield and needed a new clear shield. I couldn't find them anywhere online, and they were all out of stock on Revzilla too. The the only option was to buy the photochromatic shield, which is markedly more expensive, but my choices were either that or no shield at all so I bit the bullet.
The package arrived quickly and I tried out the fancy new shield once, which seemed to go pretty well. I didn't notice the sun giving me any particular trouble while out and didn't feel like I needed glasses or anything so I guess it worked pretty good.
It was the only place I found selling any Sistema 2 face shields.
I chose the photocromatic shield because there were no normal, clear shields in stock, and I couldn't find any elsewhere.
I ordered the wrong size but RevIlla made the return process fast and easy. Will definitely order from revzilla again

We have had great buying experience
So I had ordered a Helmet on 7/3 knowing of the holiday on the 4th. I wanted to ensure that my helmet would make it to me by at least the 12th as I was leaving on a trip and wanted to wear my new helmet. I called customer service to pay for expedited shipping and I was assured that it would be on time even with the holiday and to save my money. Needless to say the helmet arrived on the 13th and I was not able to use it on my bike trip. I should have been allowed to pay and not trusted the customer service rep. 😒
Came here for all my EUC (electronic unicycle) PPE! A bit of a one stop shop for all my gear and needs. Size guides are accurate and give great guidance on if you're between sizes what measurements to lean on. My knee braces are a perfect fit because of it.
I noticed all the brands I researched and gear I discovered all seemed to be sold here. Even the direct brands had less options to choose from. RevZilla gave me the chance to stay budget focused instead of up to-the-latest. I still aimed high though. Hahah.

Mitas Enduro Trail Plus DAKAR Tire with E07+ tread pattern seems to not be commonly stocked elsewhere
Some years back I had the adventure of riding the southern boundary of the Sahara and the take away lesson is "Durability", as a breakdown in Timbuktu is a nightmare and an interminable delay. The "Dakar" [ capital of Senegal] moniker theatrically implies that isolated and remote Sahara relation [ the terminus of the "Paris to Dakar race] and the tire fits my {Adventure Touring} Super " Ténéré " [ Tuareg language for Desert Region in south central Sahara].
ALSO, that tire has a tread pattern seriously "ruggedized" but strongly reminiscent of the Bridgestone "Battlewing" which, on pavement, performed most impressively as OEM on that bike. The Dakar is Belted rather than Radial {Battlewing} but is approaching that radial tire's performance.

I was sent the incorrect chain slider for my bike. Had to order a different from another vendor, but still caused me to miss a ride.
Website said “exact fit” and fast shipping.
Thought it fit my bike, it didn’t.
My bike starts up with no issues. I am pleased. The package it came in was kind of odd. I wasn't too sure if it was OEM genuine. It had Japanese logo on it. Yes there are $30 stator with CKP on eBay but I don't want to have any issues down the road especially when riding far away. I went with OEM genuine which is $450. That's a huge difference. I hope the package I received was OEM genuine.
