I am a long time Revzilla customer. Aside from small stuff I can get locally at Cycle Gear, they are my "go to" for larger purchases (helmets, tires, etc.). Their prices are highly competitive and their customer service is the absolute best I've experienced. Why go elsewhere when you have found your winner?

By far the best parts, apparel, and accessories company. Everyone you come in contact with is well versed in motorcycle gear knowledge, they're very friendly and always treat their customers like you're part of the family.

Any time I call RevZilla they’re more than willing to help. I remember one of my first orders with them I was stressed on fitment of parts as the notes on the listing were vague. I called in and felt like I was in conversation with the manufacturer themselves with how well they know their products and just to be sure they also included an alternative set of hardware just to be safe. I bought two different pair of riding gloves - used the measurement guide in each and triple checked the measurements & how they requested I measure. When the gloves arrived on time or early and were easy to track. Both manufacturers' gloves were much smaller than stated. Honestly- they were both inexpensive gloves, but it was going to cost me $10 each to return them- so I'm keeping the ones that sort of fit & I'll sell the others at a swap meet I guess. It'll be the last time I order gloves this way - I can return for free on Amazon if there's an issue.

I first bought the SS two into one exhaust system for my 2024 heritage classic 114.fit perfect. So then I ordered the hard bags paint match saddlebags kit.perfect match alpine green. Conversion kit for the hard bags easy install.well why stop now.brought from and rear crash bars. Fit exactly with a easy install and beautiful chrome. Can't say enough about customer service. My new bike now has the look I wanted.

I've been really happy with the shopping experience at RevZilla. I joined the RPM club and gear arrives in 48 hours. I recently tried 4 different pants until I found one that for correctly and returns were free via FedEx. Pricing is competitive and most gear gets discounted as part of the club membership. I've chatted with customer support a few times and there is actually a person at the other end and they are super helpful. As good an experience as you can get without going into a store.

I've ordered 3-5 times from RevZilla and still haven't had any issues. The shipping does take time but you can't always rush quality. Every OEM part has been identical/durable and every Aftermarket has fit perfectly. There boxes also never show up with even a scratch on them.

I've purchased most of my riding gear from Revzilla, the detailed reviews, sizing guides, and videos help choosing a product, and being on the larger size, when you inevitably need to try again, their super easy return program lets you quickly and easily get the right size.

On the several occasions I needed to exchange an item for a different size, the folks I spoke with were always knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with.

Item descriptions are always on point, items are always well packaged and arrive in great shape, and this was my first time using price match and it could not have been easier because the employees did all the heavy lifting. Bought on a Sunday and had the price match refund Monday. One day turn around? Customer for life right here.

Did a price match for the first time, i sent in the link, got contacted the next day letting me know the price match refund was approved and released. Could not have been easier or quicker without a psychic getting involved.

I got my helmet much faster than I expected. The quality of the packaging ensured that there was no damage to the storage box or the helmet. I am a thorough shopper before spending money on expensive items and the prices and selection from Revzilla outweighed any other company. I was also impressed with the video review of my helmet. Ordered two brothers exhaust, after installing i noticed it didn't fit. Revzilla.com won't allow returns because it's been installed and two brothers said try loosening the bolts and adjusting, then hasn't responded.

The person that answered my call was nice but due to the return policy wasn't able to help.

Revzilla is awesome! They have everything you need for motorcycling, and if you find it cheaper somewhere else, they'll match the price. They ship orders out fast, and they always arrive on time.

The videos they make about their products are really helpful, and they're really good at helping with warranty issues and returns. I recently bought a "used" item from them, and it was in perfect condition.

The experience was great besides the first time idk when but that lady was rude. It's ok maybe she was having one of those days. We all face battles and issues and maybe she was having a tough one that day. Other than that the customer service has been great.

Received the Domino Parco grips today, installed per instructions and went for a ride. Very comfortable, soft grips. Seems to have a little less vibration than my previous grips. Plenty of grip, I'm sure they will perform well in the rain.

Arrived just as expected (Revzilla rocks in that dept.). I had to toss some old net tie-downs that were on the cheaper side and had little stretch or lost it so quickly as to be useless. These have good stretch and cover a nice area on the tail of my BMW...I have a plate where the passenger seat would go so have some extra flat room for a gym bag and my work/laptop pack. I use 2 to cover them thoroughly in that space. The only downside...the hooks are plastic. They seem strong enough so that is not the issue...just that they are so thick and inflexible that my usual tie-in points did not work. But...plenty of places that fit, so I am happy.

Mounting Bracket was bent out of the box had to heat it up and straighten it. One of the pipes is slightly bent but isn't very noticeable with the heat shield on
I would've expected higher quality from Vance an Hines being a big name and high price but they still sound good.

It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Got dang these smell good coming out of the box. Super easy install.
One of my bolts & its nut were damaged upon arrival. Made do with something else.

Doesn't take away from the bags, they're perfect.

The jacket was delivered ahead of the advertised delay at the time of purchase.
However I selected a large as per my old jacket size and it is smaller, not enough to return or order a XL. Suggestion to have a size grid with some basic dimensions in the selection process on your site.

I have ordered from Revzilla many times in the past five years. I have been consistently pleased with the ordering process. People are very helpful and the site is easy to navigate. Though some ordered items didn't work out for me, it was never the fault of Revzilla. I will order from them again, I'm sure.

Based on the product description and RevZilla's video review, the riding jeans fit and 'work' as described. The jeans were delivered in a timely fashion. They look good. They fit well. They seem to offer adequate protection via stitching, armor, and material. Note, I gave the jeans four starts because I've only used them three times or so.

Fast shipping & decent quality product. However, I am pretty sure that I received an item which was previously returned from another customer. Plastic shell packaging appears to have been opened and taped closed. The shrink wrap on the product itself looks like it was removed and haphazardly reapplied. Even so, I think I will keep the product.

Revzilla has terrific and in depth product reviews - often with video, a great product selection which is always adding brands and fair pricing. Their website is well laid out and easy to navigate and they have awesome customer service and super fast shipping
