Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
My experience was easy for this jacket. I had to make sure for a perfect fit, I got out the tape measure to measure the important areas needed to get the right size.Easy!
I bought items before from you
The riding shoes are very comfortable. They are the Sektor vented shoe. They are very comfortable to walk in as well as ride in. I got them a half size bigger and I can wear heavier socks if I need to.
They had different types of shoes to try on before I bought them.
Price and fit.
Best price and a solid website I just put in what kind of bike I'm riding with Avenue. I need a press the button and zoom is at my doorstep before you can even think about it.

Customers service was great
I ordered a Metzeler Cruistec rear tire on a Friday and left home expecting it to deliver Monday. It was delivered on Saturday, which is a nice surprise. However the email notifying me of the shipping/out for delivery status of my order, didn't hit my inbox until Monday. The tire was out on my porch for longer than I'd like it to have been because I didn't know it had been shipped.

Availability of product
Had items in stock.
Not RevZilla, but Mastercraft. Had my OEM replacement front turn and lights. While the photos indicated they did not have Stems with Bolts I just assumed they did. They Did not. Instead of take old off put new on. It required removing old, using Old bolts.
They were the only online store with 3 wire front lights for honda

I am not sure why the order was shipped in two boxes on two different days, but they did. That is irritating. I may be in the minority, but what good does a partial shipment do me?
When the second box finally arrived I didn't notice the first box was missing the mounting hardware. I just used the customer service 'contact us' option via the website and we will see if Revzilla is able to assist.

I ordered a chain tensinor for my R3 based on the photo of the product to my dismay it was not that at all. How about put the real product instead of the part the person really needed.
