Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
My last experience wasn't greatest but last order from Revzilla was spectacular and incredibly fast shipping. I can't say thanks enough. Thank you.

I needed a gasket to complete my timing chain replacement on my xr650l. My local shops could get the gasket "by friday" however while shopping revzilla, it was marked as "by Wednesday if ordered in the next 3 hours and 47 minutes" the price was comparable so I ordered it. I contacted customer service when I noticed the gasket had shipped via USPS, and was scheduled a day late, which would have been fine, however the gasket wasn't received until Tuesday the 16th. Over a week from the time I ordered it. I ended up canceling my plans for the weekend since the bike wasn't done.
Yes, the delay is partially on USPS, but it should have never gone USPS.

I ordered the Legend Suspension REVO-ARC Remote Reservoir Shocks For Harley Touring 2014-2024. Unfortunately they do not come with the proper brackets to mount the reservoirs. With the standard mounts the hydraulic lines would rest against the mufflers. I found this same complaint on several forums. Now I am forced to spend another $200 -$300 in order to mount them up high and away from the exhaust. These shocks are expensive enough and should come with the proper mounting brackets for the models listed.

I am not one to usually leave a review but due to how this experience has gone I thought that I needed to. I had ordered two items off of Revzilla and they both came in good time. The one jacket fit great but the motorcycle pants were unfortunately too small. I started the online return process, but that's when things went down hill. I received my authorization document and read the steps for returns. I understand that the buyer is responsible for choosing the shipping company and brokerage fees, but here in Canada and not living in a big city centre I was limited to what shipping companies I could use. My package had come with FedEx so I decided to use them. I packaged up the item, printed the necessary documents, and drove to my closest city to drop it off at a FedEx site. When I got there the shipping company was unable to process it as they needed a tracking number and shipping label. They said that since it was a return the business should have sent one. When I showed them what I was given the worker stated that I needed to create my own shipped label then. I tried contacting customer services with Revzilla for help. However, all I was told was that Revzilla are not able to provide shipping labels for buyers outside of the US, and I was provided a shipping company to use that unfortunately doesn't exist near me. After this didn't work I went online to create my own label and was horrified to see that the amount to have the item shipped back was the same as my refund amount. I decided to keep the pants and try to sell them online to get some money back. Overall, was very poor experience with returns and I feel that Revzilla is not accommodating for Canadian buyers. I will most likely not be buying from Revzilla again.

I purchased an Arai face shield with the tinted visor that swings down over the main visor. It had been previously installed and included an installed Pinlock. It was packaged well and shipped timely. To me at least, it was as good as new.
They were helpful in getting the proper sized helmet. Also asking a question about a passenger backrest, the first person was lost so they got someone else to chat with me who was knowledgeable.
Many adds directing one to their site. They have very informative videos on their products and seem to have knowledgeable people to answer questions. I have purchased and Arai helmet from them and they were very helpful with sizing. I have a round oval head that is difficult to fit properly.

I've used Revzilla many times but this particular experience takes the cake. I ordered a pair of riding pants on a Wednesday and received them on a Friday and I didn't pay for expedited shipping or anything like that. I got those pants in 2 days...Incredible.
