Really great jacket. Fits perfect. However, it arrived with three very distinct slashes on the upper back. Definitely wanted this particular jacket. Was the last one in my husband's size. Now I see why. Did not try to return since there were no more in his size. We will spend the extra to order a repair kit from another vendor, fix it and keep it. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Not sure why this was a big deal for them I sold parts for 5 years and if I sold you something that had previously been opened even if it was perfectly fine or if the package just got crushed in shipping and you didn't feel comfortable I'd take it back and either try and sell it again or Id send it back to the manufacture because the customer is paying for brand new and they should get brand new. I bet if I walked in store they wouldn't have greasy half opened packages on the floor so why online

I'm a fan. They give you cash back. Cash back can be used to buy motorcycle parts. They are also cheap enough and you at least have the vague hope that they may have coupons

I am a long time Revzilla customer. Aside from small stuff I can get locally at Cycle Gear, they are my "go to" for larger purchases (helmets, tires, etc.). Their prices are highly competitive and their customer service is the absolute best I've experienced. Why go elsewhere when you have found your winner?

Yesterday (08/28/2023) I ordered a set of Michelin tires from Revzilla. This afternoon they are sitting in my garage. Are you kidding with this? Did Scottie beam them in? Wow! Folks, if you're not buying your kit from Revzilla, you're screwing the pooch. These guys are the bomb!

I understand money is always the bottom line, but when I say RevZilla is one of the good few left out there, I mean it. Of all the parts I ordered, one was defective and had a bolt snap on me. Jed from their customer support only asked me to send a picture of what happened and then approved the return for a refund. No questions asked. A little gesture like that goes a very long way with customers. I want to be able to buy without wondering about "what ifs" and the hassle that could be involved. Thank you, RevZilla and Jed. As long as I need to find parts for my motorcycle, I'll now always check RevZilla first.

I bought two different pair of riding gloves - used the measurement guide in each and triple checked the measurements & how they requested I measure. When the gloves arrived on time or early and were easy to track. Both manufacturers' gloves were much smaller than stated. Honestly- they were both inexpensive gloves, but it was going to cost me $10 each to return them- so I'm keeping the ones that sort of fit & I'll sell the others at a swap meet I guess. It'll be the last time I order gloves this way - I can return for free on Amazon if there's an issue.
We bought a Mustang seat from RevZilla for our 2023 RG3 & had a very good experience. The Revzilla experience was good, but the gloves not-so much - I thought going through RevZilla would be better than Amazon for what I was looking for (better and easier search). I'd still buy from RevZilla - but will be cautious what items.

Great product. I do feel like they push the RPM on you and if you don't buy it, they ship it as slow as possible to get you to buy it next time. No way should a package take 8 days, ups to usps etc. That being said, I'll have to be pretty desperate to order again unfortunately. There are definitely other sites where it doesn't need a subscription base to get my packages in a timely manner without paying a huge shipping cost.

Revzilla used to be our go-to, the only site we'd order from unless you didn't have something. Ever since you partnered up or made a shipping "box" change… each time we order, items take so long they seem lost. And it's a waiting game/back and forth. We thought we'd give it one more shot and same thing this time around. With only a small credit offered to come back and experience the same thing, no thank you. You guys used to be the best! We'd order things and they'd show up in a few days - now, exactly one month for items to arrive from order date. That's been the case with past two orders.

Bought it knowing it had no hand pockets, but a little buyer remorse now. It's really a jeans jacket, and I find my hands looking for the pockets. Nice riding "shirt", though, with safety Armour, here in Florida where a jacket is usually too much.

I've been really happy with the shopping experience at RevZilla. I joined the RPM club and gear arrives in 48 hours. I recently tried 4 different pants until I found one that for correctly and returns were free via FedEx. Pricing is competitive and most gear gets discounted as part of the club membership. I've chatted with customer support a few times and there is actually a person at the other end and they are super helpful. As good an experience as you can get without going into a store.

I've ordered 3-5 times from RevZilla and still haven't had any issues. The shipping does take time but you can't always rush quality. Every OEM part has been identical/durable and every Aftermarket has fit perfectly. There boxes also never show up with even a scratch on them.
Out of multiple website’s and manufacturers, I still favor ordering from RevZilla. Shipping is longer but I can be guaranteed the parts are correct and will be strong.

Honestly I'm stoked to have found this place! I recently purchased my first bike and getting gear was a bit overwhelming. This skid plate will not fit if you have a center stand or any other motor guards. You'll have to trim a lot off to make it work. That being said it's still way cheaper than any of the other models and if you're really bashing your T7 this is the best one you can get. Won't damage like all the aluminum or steel ones.

Non metal skid plates let you do just that, skid. Won’t dent like all the other ones and doesn’t way much.
