Honestly, I don't know which order I'm reviewing as I have had two, but I can say the same for both. Got tires for one son and heated gloves for the other. Found both items easily, lucky me they were on good sale, and incredibly fast shipping. RevZilla was really on it's game this holiday season! Both sons were very happy.
Ordered a simple pair of fingerless gloves. In the past, orders seemed to arrive in 2-3 days with rare exceptions. They seemed to pride themselves in getting product out quickly. I have made numerous high dollar purchases in the past with no significant issues. Not any longer. Order placed 11/29 and I am still waiting on 12/10. Unacceptable. I will have to think about my options going forward.
I purchased some riding boots for my husband on here a couple of weeks ago, and they literally shipped out the next day. The boots are great quality and he absolutely loved them. If you're thinking about ordering something off of here. Just buy it! They keep you updated and have high quality products

Only caveat - Paypal payment option removed my Zillacash balance from the checkout, might want to have a disclaimer on there that paypal cannot be used with gift card balances, if that is indeed the case.

The helmet is great fits snug, satisfied with it but the visor I bought fogs up way too much spent $90+ on it. Not worth it at all. Would need to buy the pin lock for it but it's always out of stock so please restock on them..

I bought an item from RevZilla on black Friday. It does not fit. The item came in a cycle gear bag with a RevZilla receipt and neither system.has any record of the transaction neither return sites take the order # supplied. Put in a help request yet to hear from anyone. Take your money elsewhere

Initially because it was close to where I used to live in NJ and got things very fast. Then after that I realized I don’t care if I live on the moon I’m still ordering from RevZilla. Also, this site is most user friendly.

The gift card was extremely difficult to use since it had no numbers on it. In the waiting around and messing with customer service, who did actually help and fix the issue, I missed the sale price, and ended up paying full price. That really sucks.

Always expect and receive great service from Revzilla. Have placed many orders; too few issues to mention. Any issues that I did have were quickly rectified with a phone call. Last purchase was a battery. Arrived in usual 2-3 days, no damage, no problems

Received product timely, however clip for adjusting the eyewear band was to large and created an issue with pressing on the side of the head. Would be better with a smaller strap and smaller adjuster..
