Honestly, I don't know which order I'm reviewing as I have had two, but I can say the same for both. Got tires for one son and heated gloves for the other. Found both items easily, lucky me they were on good sale, and incredibly fast shipping. RevZilla was really on it's game this holiday season! Both sons were very happy.
Ordered a simple pair of fingerless gloves. In the past, orders seemed to arrive in 2-3 days with rare exceptions. They seemed to pride themselves in getting product out quickly. I have made numerous high dollar purchases in the past with no significant issues. Not any longer. Order placed 11/29 and I am still waiting on 12/10. Unacceptable. I will have to think about my options going forward.
Received product timely, however clip for adjusting the eyewear band was to large and created an issue with pressing on the side of the head. Would be better with a smaller strap and smaller adjuster..

For the most part, and with most companies, long gone are the days of customer service excellence. RevZilla's stellar customer service and truly caring for you as a customer stand out above pretty much anything I have seen in a very long time. Finding the parts I needed was quick and simple. Easy to pay for after I ordered. Free shipping was another plus. I waited for the postal service for 5 days while the order set 50 miles away. 12 days from order time to delivery. Missed a couple good days for riding. O well $#*! happens.

Ordered two tires from RevZilla. Both tires arrived in good condition. I'm a little disappointed at the age of the tires. One was just over a year old and the other is close to two years old. Hopefully they were stored correctly to minimize degradation.

Ordering anything that goes on your body is iffy.RevZilla was great to work with.Quality helmet from Bell at a great price.Only issue I have is why doesn't Bell put a sticker inside the helmet stating qualified to snell m2020d.Will this be a problem for me going through tech inspection.

Experience with Revzilla was perfect, as usual. I was a bit disappointed in the helmet though. I only buy HJC helmets, mostly because they are the only ones that fit my head correctly without any discomfort to my ears, and the quality is always good. Every other brand that I've tried mash my ears for some reason. My only complaint is that I thought it would have a glossy finish as my others have. This may be my fault for not researching it better, maybe it does state this in the description and I may have missed it? I am keeping it, though, as the fit is fantastic and it's not the end of the world.

Ordered two dirt bike fenders. The front fender is correct, and exactly what I ordered, but the rear fender I received is not what I was expecting, as it is different from the one pictured on the website. Not very happy, as I wanted, and was expecting, one like was pictured on the website. I would not have ordered the one I received if I'd known a head of time it is what I'd be getting. Please fix the picture so future buyers know what to expect when placing an order for this rear fender.

The front/rear kit installed perfectly on my Ventus One. Very well engineered kit and works amazingly well stopping this powerful bike so much better than the Fast Ace brake kit it came equipped with. Worth the $ and added safety.

Well made very comfortable gloves. Go up one full size. I'm an 11-11.5 in Held but a 12-12.5 XXL in BMW gloves. Feels great to put on but definitely on the snug side. Bought them on sale worth the price

I understand money is always the bottom line, but when I say RevZilla is one of the good few left out there, I mean it. Of all the parts I ordered, one was defective and had a bolt snap on me. Jed from their customer support only asked me to send a picture of what happened and then approved the return for a refund. No questions asked. A little gesture like that goes a very long way with customers. I want to be able to buy without wondering about "what ifs" and the hassle that could be involved. Thank you, RevZilla and Jed. As long as I need to find parts for my motorcycle, I'll now always check RevZilla first.

Bought it knowing it had no hand pockets, but a little buyer remorse now. It's really a jeans jacket, and I find my hands looking for the pockets. Nice riding "shirt", though, with safety Armour, here in Florida where a jacket is usually too much.

Everything was great it sounds good and fits fine other than the fact that I guess they expect you to reuse the stock gasket/flange deal because if you install it as the directions say the mid pipe won't fit on the stock header pipe (too big) but if you can salvage the gasket from your stock pipe ( mine was falling apart) then it would fit

As me and fiancé have started our motorcycle journey we are due to upgrade our gear for sure. I wanted to get shoes for his Christmas gift and revzilla was the perfect place. We've ordered several items from Revilla over the past year and received items in a timely fashion and good customer service and notifications on the orders being processed, shipped, etc. The last order we made was a situation beyond the control of Revzilla, as an item was out of stock for an extended period of time. They checked with me to see if we wanted to continue waiting or cancel. Again, this was totally beyond Revzilla's control, so as far as I'm concerned, Revzilla had zero fault for the very late item and they are a top notch company to do business with.

RevZ is my first choice in moto stuff. However have also tried to alter an order within an hour of purchase to be told that was not possible. Clothing sizes are tough when dealing with Euro sizes with RevZ. You better have it right before you click.

I received the jacket ordered for my grandson on Nov. 28. The size was too small so we reordered a larger size. There was no return sticker so we wrote the address onto the box and mailed it. It cost $51 to mail the first jacket back.
