Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Parts arrived as expected, installation was pretty straightforward, however no instructions with the torque information, but a quick Google search and phone call to Service Dept at Dealership to confirm

Ordered the L2 full face helmet in a XL upon arrival the product looked good but it did not fit my head. I think that the size from RevZilla was large or medium but not XL. Was very disappointed because I scheduled a cross country ride and had to reschedule because mis-label product. So, after reviewing all the full face helmets in the color white and full face I was very disappointed because of low inventory for the price range for me. All of the top name brands was in inventory but I didn't want to spend $800-1,000 on a helmet for this cross country ride.
The lady was nice and polite but she had to follow the company rules regarding returns.

This scorpion helmet does not fit like the scorpion helmets I've had in the past. There is less padding which makes the sizing seem to big. I've noticed a lot more wind noise as well. The plus side is that the weight is much lighter.
