Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

The Jacket is amazing. The only odd is that it is not very breathable. Despite of that, is is very beautiful and you can use it as a regular jacket.

I placed my order and it was shipped out reasonably quick, got all 3 parts of my order on the dates they were expected- though the shipping company gave me back and fourth updates "package will be arriving early, then package will be arriving at normal arrival date". The website is easy to navigate and all of my items arrived as they were described:) I would recommend revzilla to others!
Prior use from at least 6-8 years ago, I know the name and reputation. Not exactly the best pricing in the market but the quality products kept in stock allow me to over look this issue.
I chose products based on my own research and preferences. The two tires becuase my new (to me) motorcycle needed tires and I love michelin brand. The helmet bc I have had great experiences with HJC helmets in the past.

I ordered a pair of jeans based on recommendations from a RevZilla customer service discussion and when the jeans were received, the jeans were too tight and too short. This meant I would have to return them at a cost. I'm not interested in going through the trouble of buying gear that will cost me $10 each time I need to return them in order to find the right size if at all,.
See above. The interaction with customer service was fine, the product ordered based on recommendations was not which I could work with. It’s the hassle and cost of returns when the fit isn’t right.

My size when measured placed me directly between a large and an extra-large size in the HJC helmet line. The large was found to be just too tight and when I called RevZilla to facilitate a return and the purchase of the extra-large, the process went so smoothly and so quickly. I am extremely satisfied with their next level customer service and care.

Revzilla's website helped me match fitment for parts on my Africa Twin, they are working great after install and were delivered quickly.

The product arrived as promised quickly. The seat did not fit the bike when it arrived, I got ahold of the manufacture, and they sent a rga and said that they would fix the problem. Whole experience was great would defiantly purchase parts from RevZilla.

I ordered three items, and two of them arrive fine. However, when trying to purchasea bolt for the crankcase on my 201 Honda Shadow 750 ACE Deluze, the diagram was incorrectly labeled. I ordered the bolt that was indicated for my replacement, and the one that arrived was incorrect. PLease review the diagram for the crankcase for this motorcycole and make the appropriate corrections.
The person I spoke with said he saw the problem but could do nothing about it.
