Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
They fit, but are slightly tight on my wide foot. But they are comfortable and feel good riding. Exactly what I was hoping for and even more at the price point. Though... Everything is more expensive by the day...anyway they are great

I am working on the engine of my motorcycle.
I ordered three items, and two of them arrive fine. However, when trying to purchasea bolt for the crankcase on my 201 Honda Shadow 750 ACE Deluze, the diagram was incorrectly labeled. I ordered the bolt that was indicated for my replacement, and the one that arrived was incorrect. PLease review the diagram for the crankcase for this motorcycole and make the appropriate corrections.
The person I spoke with said he saw the problem but could do nothing about it.
I ordered the party through Cycle Gear, and Revzilla is their online parts partner.

Yamalube 10w40 synthetic by the gallon is a great cost saving option. Motul chain clean works great and price is better thae competitor products

I have never been a fan of forma boots for street riders due to visual aesthetics but this model looks really good and fits well. Only disappointment is the toe sliders and soles don't appear to be replaceable. I will need to take extra care to keep my toes off the pavement at full lean

The helmet came in timely manner only problem was that it was used I ordered one but got wrong size so ordered another a size larger as did not have time for exchange process the next one came with lens changed the inside goggles were knocked loose on one side and helmet had 3 marks on top that looked as if it was dropped on concrete was expecting better

Went to RevZilla, a 4 hour drive, because when I asked about helmet size and shape they were the ONLY people that knew exactly what I was asking. Also they supplied little head covers to keep their helmets clean, why doesn't everyone do that? Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Purchased a Bell SRT Modular helmet. Quality product with great features. I especially like the interior drop-down sun visor because it covers almost the entire area of the opening. This is especially important to me since I'm older with a sad history of skin cancer.

Ordered a cobra muffler for a v star. 10 days later received a box almost the size of the bike with the product slopping around inside. Opened outer box and looked at label, in big print it has a different company name I've never heard of. And it says dual mufflers for a Harley. Return in progress.
Return process is a bit vague, still trying to print the Return label.

I just mounted fresh tires on my Triumphs and the cost of both the tires and tubes, plus updating my tool chest with fresh irons and rim protectors was the lowest I could find anywhere. When I made a mistake in one tire, it was returned free of charge and another shipped right out. I saved time, money, frustration, and met some nice folks at Zilla on chat.
Had to return a tire. Also, inquiry into getting a hard to find tire size in the brand I prefer.
