Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
The measuring chart is spot on. I ordered what I wanted and it arrived quickly and with secure packaging.

It seems that the package was underwater, today it was delivered, it is all wet and falling apart, this headlight must be waterproof, it will be seen when installed
I recently purchased the Olympia Seattle riding pants on closeout and they are exactly what I was looking for. I am curious about why these pants were on closeout for so long and how my correct size suddenly became available. When they first showed up, none of the vendors had my size and I ended up purchasing the next size up which are too big. Recently, Revzilla was showing my size back in stock and I jumped on them. Good decision. They fit great and are an excellent value.

Moto stuff by the truck load
I ordered a pair of gloves that were supposed to ship within 1 day according the to product page and a helmet that shipped with 5-7 business days. The helmet shipped and arrive just as expected but the gloves took a week and a half to ship, arriving 3 days after the helmet, which caused me to miss the planned window for me to take my MSF course. I now have to wait another month and have further pushed out my ability to enjoy the riding season. I'm disappointed and will likely look elsewhere first in the future.

This particular shipment was very slow. It took almost 3 weeks to receive a $4.99 sack for my helmet--not including shipping of $7.99. RevZilla gave me an unsolicited store credit to make up for the delay. I just wanted the sack.
CS was apologetic and gave me a store credit for the delay in shipping.

My Alpinestsar jacket is a 46. Plenty of room. So I selected 46 for the Dianese and I couldn't even zip it up. I will be returning it soon.
I ordered some goggles and gloves sometime on a weekend. It told me that the order would ship the next business day. I expected that it would come in the mail in about a week or two and was surprised it came in on Thursday.
