Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Awesome amount of products with a diverse selection but the exchange policy really hinders the customer experience. Multiple times I have found a product on the site and instead went and bought from Amazon just to bypass this dumb policy. I get it if people were buying exorbitant amounts of gear and continuously swapping them but for the average consumer that buys a single article of gear but got a size to large or to small to then get hit with a shipping charge makes me not want to buy from you again. Will continue to use your site like google and then buy else where.
