Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
I love the videos RevZilla offers to help customers decide which product is best for them.

I ordered new tires, brake pads, oil and filter, air filter, grips, they all came in within a week in good condition. Shopping was very easy, I had to reach out to customer service because both of the brake pads were coded as "front", but they assured me they would work on the rear as well, and they were right. RevZilla is one of the good ones for sure
Ordered the wrong size Dianes jacket and Revzilla made it very easy for me to get my label and bring it to FedEx and ship it back and before I knew it I had the right size and everything was perfect. Thank you guys for your help

Description
My 2012 HD touring bike lost its seal in the air shocks. I went with a coil over, progressive shock. I shopped several locations before settling on RevZilla. I didn't want to spend too much money, and they had just what I needed. Reasonably priced, with a quick delivery. I wasn't sure which length to pick, so I went middle of the road. The shocks installed easily, with new hardware. I'm thankful for RevZilla and their products.
Very easy to order on the website. With the diagrams provided, I was able to order the exact parts I needed and at very competitive prices.

I needed to replace a broken part.
In a nutshell, I am not happy with my experience. Every video you watch on their products they tout their free return policy if you are not happy or it doesn't fit. First of all, its not free, you have to pay at least 10 dollars shipping. Second, they do not swap out a product like if you get a large and it does not fit, you have to purchase another product and they will refund your purchase. I spent over 3,000 dollars and so I charged it to the Affirm credit card option. I really do not want to charge more on that card, would rather just swap the product. Also, the riding jeans I bought was missing one of the hip armor pieces, they made me go through Klim so I had to set up an account and take pictures to send to Klim. Just over all a hassle to me. Wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep telling you how easy it is to return things. I hardly ever complain but this time, I feel strongly about it.
They sent me to Klim when I was missing armor from a brand new product so customer service was really of no use to me. They also told me that they do not do direct replacements so I would have to buy another product that did not fit. I suppose the guy was nice but the policies suck.
Descent selection and sounded like the return policy was gold, ended up being more like bronze.
I wanted the best protection.
Haven't had a chance to mount them yet. They do look good though!
Parts came faster than expected. High quality and no issues getting them. 10/10 would order again.

Convenience and availability
I purchased a helmet, visor and shield for the same helmet. All items showed in stock and said it would ship next day. Helmet did. Visor, 5 days later. Shield, after 8 days get notified it isn't in stock. I bought them all together to make the helmet I wanted. Now I am missing a key part.
Found them on google and seemed like a good place with free shipping. Not the experience I wanted with this company.
Look and price. Accessories that were available but then was told out of stock.
The gloves fit true and are very worth the price. Would recommend them 10/10
