Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I always try to buy my helmets from them, as it is always a low risk proposition. The helmets delivered to my house, I can sit in my house and watch TV for a few hours while wearing it, and thus determine if it actually does fit my head properly. Those that don't, go right back to Revzilla no harm no foul. It's the only way I'll buy a helmet anymore.
For the service and variety in stock.
I like LS2 helmets. They are inexpensive and have a good safety rating while still being feature-rich.
Everything came, and was exactly what it was supposed to be.
Ordered item on 5/22 was supposed to ship in 24 hours. Didn't ship until 5/29, and wasn't received until 6/4. I think 9 business days (13 total days) including missing 2 weekends riding with my purchase is unacceptable. I will not be ordering here again any time soon, will use Amazon.

I ordered this helmet with an extra visor and pinlock,, delivery was set to an international mail box which deliver outside the US, and I have just received it today.
First of all size chart on revzilla is wrong, on the helmet it says large 58/59, While on revzilla it said large 59/60, so it fits a bit tight
Second, revzilla split the shipment into 2 shipments, but invoives were not split, which caused me major trouble in import fees in my country, where they made me pay fees for the order amount twice!
Third, the extra visor was not sealed, with no sticker on, it does not look new!
I thought revzilla.com is the most reliable and professional place to buy my helmet, I guess I was wrong
