Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Not the first time ordering from Revzilla but as usual great experience.
I got the pants in size 32 (although I am more of a 34 in jeans) and they fit well. I got the short version and length was great for someone like me 5 feet 7. Pants are comfortable and more of a European fit. Protection not great but you can add more. Abundance of pockets is great. The elastic middle section is great for when you seat on the bike. Ventilation on the side does not work super well but it provides some breathing.

I've ordered from Revzilla over a dozen times. From riding gear to motorcycle parts, from $15 accessories to $1000 exhaust systems, the prices are fairly competitive. It's the after the sales support and service is what sets them apart. I've had cases where I needed to exchange for a different size, or even have had product defects where RZ has advised and if needed facilitated the return process and made sure I was completely satisfied.
Again, when prices are competitive, so long as they’re close I’ll always give my business to a company that is active in the riding community and offers more of the intangibles other than low prices and free shipping. When you contact support your talking to someone who’s not only based in the US, but in most cases are riders themselves and understands the wants and needs of their customers. In this case I could’ve gotten the product from Amazon for a few dollars less, but if we want companies that are invested in our hobbies and passions to stick around, we should support them.
I bought a helmet refresh kit to move my existing Cardo to a new helmet. I purchased the Oil filler cap because I wanted a more secure cap that prevented tampering with and it qualified my order for free shipping!
So I've now purchased a few things, had the shipper drop the ball and revzilla quickly stepped up and shipped another. Ive experienced returns and customer service was great to deal with and promptly refunded. Revzilla is a blessing to deal with. Thank you Team at Revzilla!

These a great, if you have flat flanged pipes like many aftermarket pipes come with instead of cones then order these. They fit right in there nicely without the fight of standard gaskets that want you to gently massage them in there and use special tools that just mangle the gaskets.

I received all of my order, assembled and mounted the Denali horn on my Harley and am very impressed. This horn works far, far better than the stock horn. There is no issue hearing this one when another driver is not paying attention.

I was looking for a thermal light jacket while out on rides and usually shy away from ordering online but I'm glad I did. I found a black REAX jacket that fits perfectly, keeps me warm and can even wear casually. Ordering was easy and it came in time.
I chose RevZilla after viewing the reviews in making sure the customer is well satisfied and even encouraged contacting them with questions. They have videos that go the extra step to showcase gear and clothes.
I chose the REAX thermal jacket cause I wanted something light I can wear under my regular jacket if needed for extra warmth.
Did chat with them to buy a chain for my bike the one that they recommended will not work for me but as I did use already I will have to keep it, o-ring chains not good for motocross, another than that everything is fine fast shipping though.
My exhaust came in a timely manner, and was packed very well.
