Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
I knew exactly what I was looking for, so my search was for availability and price. RevZilla had both. Ordering was easy and shipping was very quick. Everything was packaged well with no damage. Couldn't be happier! And the pipes sound great!

I'm a mama and his dada rides a bike to work so peace of mind knowing he has as much protection on as possible! In a stylish and breathable way that he will wear it every ride without being asked to do so! 10/10 recommend! The only problem is it was too big so we downsized however there is no exchange process in place and there are hundreds of ways that it could be possible to easily exchange. The only option was to return at my expense and re purchase different size and wait for refund to post to bank account about 2 wks. No return label provides so you have to print that too and box it up in new box it's a lot of hassle for the price and product to be of such high value and the return process to be so dated and inefficient.
He explained in detail how to return and helped me with sensing me my return label while I was at ups but he clearly did not have the power to do much with the limited options in the dated process to return or exchange

I've got most of the gear I need over the years but there's always a little urge to take a look. Picked up a thin quilted jacket/ liner and a cooling helmet liner from Reax and Arial, 2 newer brands. Good stuff.

My helmet was out of stock when I initially tried to buy it. I spoke to customer service about the expected stocking date, and signed up for notifications when it came back in stock. It was back in stock earlier than expected, and I was notified and able to purchase right away. Shipping was fast, and the helmet fit perfectly with what the sizing chart recommended. It was my first time buying a helmet online, so I was nervous about fitment issues, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Did not work for the 2024 AT despite it saying it would. Cost $10 to return.
They posted 1 to 3 days to ship from Nevada to Montana at least 2 to 3 days. Including weekend and memorial day weekend 16 days to recieve order. 6 phone calls 2 times asking toenail shipping to expedite order. Excuses and blame in all categories. I do this for a living and tracked. 4 or 5 departments dropped the ball. Fed ex shows Friday delivery then Thursday then saturdY then Tuesday. Bald tire plans with riding buddies missed. Terrible experience. Rocky mountain atv had in stock and said could be to my place in 3 days. But revzilla keep assuring me it will be there. Fed ex tracking had unreadable label so had to redo. Still simple fix but another days of delay. Revzilla gave me credit of $40 to make up for disaster. Yeeha. I work on a lot of people's toys and probably not using them in future. Credit will sit and expire. Sad in 2024 this $#*! happens. So disappointing. And I held out that they would get the tire to me. Mess

I followed the sizing chart and ordered my helmet. It arrives so small that I couldn't even put my glasses on! I contacted customer support and they were very helpful with the return process. Unfortunately there wasn't a larger size available for the helmmet I wanted. They helped my find a helmet by the same manufacturer that was acceptable. Followed the sizing chart and went a size larger. The helmet arrived and was labeled as a larger helmet but was the same size on my head. Still too small! I returned the helmet again! Be ready for a size exchange. The two that I received were labeled as different sizes but were not a different fit!
