Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Wanted to purchase a fender eliminator kit for my Ducati Supersport
Revzilla was the only online store to carry the medium helmet instock at thw time of order. All of Canada was sold out so, purchase I did. My god, all the faults of the AGV Pista GP RR, the Alpinestars Supertech R10 makes up for with flying colors. The noise is way quieter, the visor has click positions
Of small oncrements, from close to fully open.AND THE VISOR STAYS OPEN. Not like the AGV. That visor falls down at the slightest movement. R10 is also not pointy in the front, like the AGV. Venting is way better, more air transfer through helmet. Comfort is about the same but the width and height of view is greater with the R10. If you're on the fence between the two helmets,go with the R0 and have zero "ragrats" lol.
Didn't notice the offer for points so I contacted them abd they added the points to my account with zero issues
Only online store out of states and Canada that had the r10 helmet in mediun instock.
Great looks and I needed a replacement for the AGV pista gp rr carbon fiber helmet I sold. Hated how the visor fell down on it's own, and how the red visor was actually more pinky purple
I paid for 2day shipping and it took 10 days to receive the product.
Other than that everything was fine
I was able to find both items in one store (One was bike-specific and the other was not). This was convenient for me.

They were what I needed
The fender eliminator body consists of two pieces. The mount base and plate holder. These pieces come from the factory screwed together. The plate holder was crooked, the top edge of it was not aligned with the fender mount. I thought I was screwed because it was open, but After leaving review, RevZilla contacted me to inform me they have an exception for defective products. I made it work already with some DIY elbow grease, but was satisfied with the service offer.

Decent pricing and quick shipping. I've never had a issue with RevZilla and use them when I can. The catalog is pretty extensive but sometimes it falls short and while I realize nobody can carry everything I feel like the catalog has some holes in it.
Prices! I've noticed on a good amount of brands the prices just can't be beat elsewhere.
