Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I ordered a pair of Rev'it gloves and the process was simple and straightforward. I do have an account with Revzilla and keep my credit card info updated on their site so the whole thing took about 5 minutes.
The gloves I ordered were tight on 1 finger. I called to ask about my next steps. Customer Service Rep advised me to wear the gloves around the house (not for a ride on the bike because then they're not returnable) a couple of times and see if they get broken in and fit better. If not, there's a 90 day return policy (as long as I keep the original packaging).
Reveille has good prices and a simple and easy return policy.
