Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I ordered Rinehart exhaust for my bike and I called on my order twice because I never received the shipping email. After the 2nd call, almost 2 weeks later, I was told that my item should have shipped already and they were putting a ticket in to have it shipped in the next 24 hours. The next day I finally got an email stating that they had sold me something that they didn't have in stock and that they were cancelling my order. Neither person I spoke with on the phone had given me this information, nor did I even get the option to wait until they get them back in stock.
The first customer service rep tried to tell me that the exhaust I ordered wouldn’t fit my bike. He was wrong and clearly knows nothing about Indians. The second rep could have told me that the item I ordered was out of stock and given me the option to cancel my order or wait until they got the item back in stock, but instead he acted like everything was fine and just put in a ticket to have the item shipped soon, which clearly did nothing since they didn’t have the item in stock.
I thought they had the product in stock as they claimed.

Well my part arrived on time but the part does not match the photo or description on the website. Triumph tiger lights require specific plug ends to attach to the wiring harness. The photo is right but the product I received is wrong.
Multiple attempts in chat dropped me. Having the same conversation with multiple “techs” who assumed I was trying to somehow scam or whatever turned into a night mare to replace a part worth $12. Frustrating.
Because they seemed to have the part I’ve been searching for mos to get.

I have only had the tire on for a few miles so far but seems ok. I bought this a the cheaper alternative to a Michelin road 6 gt that I didn't get as many miles for the cost so if it lasts any where near as long it's a win.

I ordered a pant in a 40, got it unboxed and one leg in and knew immediately that it wasn't the right size. Looked at the label and it was a 30.
Called customer service and Gen took care of it, got the FedEx return label, confirmed they had my size and she ensured it was on the way. For something to get screwed up and to be taken care of so proficiently makes me smile. Crap happens, how it's dealt with is how you know you're working with the right people.

The helmet is cool and has headset quality is pretty good. My only complaint is that the sizing seems to run small. I saw the reviews and ordered accordingly with a large. Its pretty snug but not uncomfortably snug.

Ordering was easy, and first attempt at shipping wAs quick. Unfortunately the windscreen was shipped in a RevZilla box that was smaller than the windscreen and contained no packing materials. So the windscreen arrived hanging out of both sides of the box, and what portion remained inside the box was scratched anyway. Quickly returned and had another windscreen shipped out. Or so I thought. After watching the order sit idle for 8 or 9 days and making 8 phone calls to either get it shipped or get a refund, I finally got someone to give me a refund. In the meantime I ordered a windscreen from my local dealer. For the same price. With no shipping damage.

A replacement for existing damaged part
I enjoyed my visit there with my wife, we were looking for some gear, which we found some, we ordered the other. We were both expecting a Walmart size store since there are not many of them around and found that its only a small portion of a store, slightly dissapointed was hoping to find and try on a lot of clothing that you all have online but that didn't happen. All in all it was ok.
They have a lot of good products and good service.
Did my research for the product I chose, went to the store hoping to be able to visualize the product but they really didn't have much there. I like my top case, wish I could have visualized it there, if so I probably would have gone with the larger case.

Ordered a cover. It was too small, so will be returning for bigger cover. I do wish there was a more definitive description of the fitment of this (and other) covers, done by your in-house team. I purchased the size I thought I needed (XL) based on the way the item was advertised by the OEM, however it was not an accurate description.
