Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Ordered a helmet came fairly quickly, however did not fit correctly and its is being returned,
I ordered an arlen ness breather for my road glide. When attempting to install it, I noticed that it didn't fit. I called customer service to find out if I had ordered the wrong part. Turns out the part was correct however the mounting plate did not align with the throttle body opening. They offered me return label without a problem but I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to get the proper replacement.
I think the lady’s name was Deanna. She was very patient and helpful in trying to resolve my issue.

I bought the Gold 530 chain. It's more of a copper color Nowhere near brass/gold. Doesn't match the rest of the bike, but the chain is very nice quality.

I was very disappointed, I had ordered a Michelin Commander tire and while the tire itself is great the delivery was terrible. What is usually 3 days took 10.
I've bought tires from them before.
Michelin Commanders last longer, therefore less tire changes.
So far, kickass no problems.
The website is super user friendly, I get all the information on the helmet i could want and literally all the gear is great quality stuff picked from fellow riders who really know their stuff.

Pair of riding jeans I ordered had one defective knee pad. I contacted customer service and they sent out new and upgraded pads asap! Couldn't be happier with the way that was handled!
I called and described the issue to Randall. After a few pictures he got back to me to get the right measurements for a replacement. Not only did he initiate a replacement being sent out asap, he also upgraded to a better product. All in all, super smooth and easy process! Very happy!

These gloves were on sale because they were a discontinued colorway. Sizing chart was pretty accurate and gloves are very comfortable. Time will tell whether they are durable or not.

Message people have no idea of measurements of products they're selling. Therefore I am going to have to return the part as it's too large to fit into my slipon.

The helmet is good quality. The price is good and I would recommend it. However with any 1/2 or 3/4 helmet you will have alot of wind noise. Prepare to wear eat plugs.
