Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

The helmet is good quality. The price is good and I would recommend it. However with any 1/2 or 3/4 helmet you will have alot of wind noise. Prepare to wear eat plugs.

Got all the correct parts, but they did not get shipped for a week. I understand processing takes awhile. But a whole week is a little excessive
I purchased an outfit for my seven-year-old daughter, it showed up pretty fast, but some articles did not fit. It was my fault, but they gave me a return shipping. I found something with the correct size and did not have to pay any restocking fees. Full refund on the incorrect sizes. I will use them again

I ordered a LS2 Modular helmet. At time of order, I was notified it would be 5 days before it left the warehouse. It took much longer than this with no notification from RevZilla of the delay. When I finally got notification that it was shipped it arrived 2 days before it was scheduled to. Does anyone at RevZilla have any idea what's going on within their company? I used to order quite a bit from RevZilla but lately they seem to be off their game.

In general, I enjoy reveille and am quite pleased with the services. The product selection frequently does not have what I am looking for though. Specialty dirt bike upgrades are lacking. In my most recent shopping experience, I bought a set of Stockton snap ring pliers. They bent immediately as I tried to use them. I am very dissatisfied with the quality/usefulness of the product, and will be looking for a return.

I bought street and streel Athena jacket (M), highway 21 roulette gloves (XL), Street and Steel leggings (6 tall). I sadly could not order the Bell Moto 3 helmet to Australia from RevZilla but I did but that too in a small from somewhere else and all items are fantastic quality and true to size. Just follow the sizing guides exactly using a measuring tape and you'll be fine. The only thing I will say is that the Athena jack is a little big... but it's not that noticeable. I love all the riding gear I bought. Looks are a 10/10 too.

I heard good things about revzilla.
Revzilla is slow to ship orders and uses FedEx, one of the worst in the industry. They keep very limited inventory, most things are "out of stock". I used to recommend Revzilla to anyone looking for new riding gear, now I suggest going anywhere else. Amazon can do in one or two days what takes Revzilla one or two weeks.

Product arrived timely. The bark busters did not fit as well as expected even though they were bike specific. The screw holes for the wind protectors didn't line up well and I had to adjust the clutch cable to make it fit. I had expected better.

I noticed after opening my Ai 1 airbag that it had already been opened previously. Because of time constraints on an upcoming trip I continued on with activating it. So far it works fine. But in the future I'd appreciate a new product when paying full price.

I have been ordering from RevZilla for over 5 years without any order issues and very quick turnarounds. I haven't ordered much in the last few years due to working at a bike shop and buying things there. My most recent order had 3 items that were all supposed to ship the next day. One week later, one of my items had shipped, one item was changed to out of stock and cancelled, and one item was supposedly shipped but had incorrect tracking information. They issued me a refund on the cancelled item and $10 store credit, but it took over a week to receive the rest of my items.
I will be ordering from here in the future, but will not choose RevZilla if I have an urgent need for the items quickly.

I chose Vortex for my chain & sprockets based on a referral from a friend with good results. I have used OEM, D.I.D and E.K. For all my chain and sprocket needs in the past, but I have observed my friend ride a Vortex RX3 chain for 30,000 miles with very little maintenance required.
