Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I wish I'd known about this before I'd spent twice as much on the Gustafsson 12.5" Touring windscreen. It's about the same length, but is swept back more aggressively, and so isn't as high. With the flared edge, though, the air is hitting at almost the exact same spot on my helmet and I have better visibility. There's less buffeting with the vent hole and wider base. Because it's swept back more, I did have to put some plastic spacers in the mounting bolts to ensure the rubber vibration dampener was making solid contact with the windshield. Without that, it definitely didn't feel solidly mounted.
This was the only online retailer that had it (briefly) in stock. I'd made an order on Amazon previously, but the ETA was 3-6 months out. I confirmed later that they didn't actually have any in stock.

Finding and reading about the items I purchased was mostly easy. The only issue I had was slow response from the website at times as well as all the annoying things that pop up all over my screen when trying to shop. One link once would be nicer; this gets quite annoying on any website when one is already inundated trying to sort through all of the accessories/apparel.
Long-time customer since I found this site, military discount through GovX, free shipping, great selection, typically great customer service if there is a problem (which is extremely rare in service today as well as lack of problems here).

I called customer service and it was the best experience I've ever had when dealing with an issue on an order that I've had an issue with. Nichole D. Price and reviews
Selecting PayPal as a payment option will pick the default shipping address from your PayPal account and there is not (obvious) view that summarize where your order is going, and my order got shipped to my old house. On top of that, there is no way to cancel or update an order without calling during office hours. But the order gets processed very quickly and outside office hours, too, so by the time that you can get an hold on someone, your order has been already marked as shipped and they cannot do anything at that point.
Great customer experience but web UI and cancel / update order is terrible.

Upgrading from stock for better looks
I purchased an item with my credit card and the next day they cancelled my order. I called in to customer service and was told I got another email that explains why. I found it in my spam folder and basically they were low key accusing me of using a fraudulent cc and I could only pay using a wire transfer haha I wouldn't ever do that. I looked for the item again I found it on a competitors site for 80 less and bought it withe same CC with zero issues. When I called customer service their recording said they were having issues with their system. Never again

Ordered a specific seat and was sent an incorrect one. Revzilla wad quick to get the error corrected and send a return label for me to ship wrong seat back. They did send correct one (I hope) that hasn't arrived yet, and my only gripe is how long it took them to send the new (hopefully correct) one to me. I've now waited weeks for something I should have had installed on the bike 2 weekends ago.
Customer service was excellent. Wish the mistake in my order was corrected a little quicker.

I had a brand new HJC modular helmet and ordered a Sena 50s headset but after receiving them I decided I'd rather use the Cardo as it is advertised as waterproof and also the Sena 50s wouldn't fit the special pocket in the HJC helmet. So I returned the Sena and got the Cardo Freecom 2x. It was easy to install using the included glue plate. Now I need a thing Harley calls a WHIM to allow the Cardo to connect with the the motorcycle audio. You'd think Harley would include that as original equipment standard but no. Harley sells their branded Sena's for inflated price which includes "full stereo", other headsets are mono only. So what? For the money I can live without stereo I think.

One $15 item was not shipped or received. When ask for a refund. I was expected to have pictures of when the box was opened shipping label etc. I'm using the products so no tags didn't realize it was missing ( order was shipped in separate boxes). So customer service was not what I expected
