Birthday party trip

This company charged my card weeks before the trip and called me to apologize for charging for the wrong day. I notified them of the correct date for the trip. I was not refunded. On top of that they never showed on the correct day for our tour. We had 8 adults sitting in front of the hotel waiting for me to then get an email of cancelation. I was unable to reach anyone by phone only machine. Do NOT use this company. They are awful and shady.
